Hard to find the location, but office building is quite simple

Good company with nice office environment and infrastructure and management is also very kind and helpful.

Ambitious plans ahead. Just expanded to Chennai. Spreading to Retail as well beyond banking. Strong outlook in Africa, Middle East, and Asia Pac.

I am enjoying the work at Lera Technologies since the day I joined.

Good working Atmosphere for freshers to learn the Technologies.

Lera Technologies is an amazing work place. Lera Technologies provides lot of scope for learning. It always provided me a very nice platform to learn and develop my skills.

My First IT Company. Have lot of sweet memories and tonnes of experience. Shanti sir used to get snacks every evening for us. Thank You Shanti Sir for giving me precious opportunity to work with such an esteem organization. Looking forward for an another opportunity to reunite with it. Not for evening snacks :)

Worst company with bad hr policies...not a good place to work for freshers.they remove the employees without any reason..

I have been working at Lera Technologies for the past 1 year. The people at Lera Technologies are dedicated and engaged. There is opportunity to grow within the department.

The top management is very supporting and cooperative.

good for learning on new technologies. no restrictions.

First of all no one will expect a company which is a home actually residing inside colonies. Very poorly maintained office without proper infrastructure and no proper furniture. Conducted an interview where expectations from interviewer will be more than the experience of the candidate. No HR response once the interview is done. I wouldn't recommend any professional to work in this company.

Apart from interview...i also spoke about ur matainence and how unprofessional these people maintain the company. People if u walk into this house (these people call company) will know everything..except the employees no one even reviewed. I followed using Google Maps it was inside a colony where the place wasn't even correct.. Had to roam half an hour to find the location. As you can see there is no parking except on road. And these people talk about professional work ethics when a guy reviewd. Cheap company

I have joined LERA Technologies in 2013. In a way it is second innings for me in my career, post my Biological (Unavoidable) break in my career. Work culture and friendly nature of the people around and the positive air made me get into serious work within no time. Work life balance in LERA is well maintained.

Started my career with Lera Technologies.It has given me many opportunities to work on new technologies and standards involved in project development are good.

This is the best company to work with awesome work ethics and decent ambience.

A wonderful work centre with great work ethics & ambience. Management is CSR oriented with human touch in all activities. My observation as an outsider who used to pick& drop my daughter is that the working environment and discipline at the company is marvellous& exemplary and others should emulate.

There are a lot of great people here to work with and learn from. I have real friends here, not just co-workers
