Fastest and most stress-free emergency room experience I've ever had. All nurses and the Dr. assigned to me were warm and extremely professional. Dr. genuinely cared about my treatment.

Radiology bathrooms are absolutely filthy, out of toilet paper, and the alternative bathroom was flooded. This is completely unacceptable at such a prestigious facility. The lockers in the Women s Lounge do not lock; I m currently sitting in the Lounge awaiting my appointment with all my belongings with me.

My spouse had surgery here many years ago. At that time, this was the go-to boutique hospital because they were pristine with all details and everyone felt safe. This is outrageous.

From security staff to custodial to nurses and doctors everyone at LH was amazing. Caring , friendly , courteous and helpful. Our 15 year old had 2 pretty big operations and we could not have asked for better care for her and warmth extended to us. . Hopefully you never need a hospital but if you do - rest easy that LH will take great care of everyone

I came here expecting a good experience being able to see my direct family member that just came out of surgery, but had to deal with these rude and unprofessional security guards. 3 of them were super rude to not only me but everyone else. They gave me a lot of attitude and didn t even seem to listen to me. The ONLY nice bodyguard I encountered was Jose, he was very understanding and tried to me. Fix your staff I m very disappointed in how they treated me. THEY WASTED MY TIME.

What a great place . Anything you want they are always there to help you. Operation was perfect had left knee replacement. Highly recommended

I was admitted to the ER last Wednesday with severe abdominal pains. A CT scan indicated I had a trapped small intestine and by 4pm the same day I was in the operating room being attended to by Dr. Robert Andrews and his team who removed by expert laparoscopic surgery some internal scar tissue and freed the intestine before necrosis, sepsis and possibly death could occur. I have made a full recovery from what was life-saving, emergency surgery and I possibly owe my life to Lenox Hill Hospital and their team's immediate attention. While recovering over several days the nursing care I received was excellent, all the nurses were wonderful and Brendan was especially caring, patient and attentive. I cannot praise Lenox Hill and the staff more highly and consider myself very fortunate that we have one of the world's finest hospitals in our neighborhood.

Well I haven't been there but blue ivy Carter was born there so it must be nice and Beyonce Carter gave birth there so yeah

Lenox Hill is a great hospital; in his frequent stays, my brother has met with almost universal kindness, expertise and care from everyone with whom he's interacted. I personally cannot say enough great things about his social worker, Morgan, who was cheerful, informative, compassionate and very, very good at her job. She's the model of what a social worker should be. Thank you, Morgan, and thanks to Lenox Hill.

I think it is the best professionals here. Nice, good. I went in pain and dog, they made more than I expected.
I m sorry but I need to say about bad things
I waited in emergency room for 14 hours guys didn t tell me that my situation is serious and I went to emergency hungry, in shorts and t-shirt I really didn t eat 24 hours without medical reasons. Guys really it was painful and crazy.
But mostly thank you, you safe my life.
