The recent purchase was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever been through. I was in, test drive, contract, and financing in just under two hours. The dealership is spotless, staff was upfront and honest, and negotiated fairly. On top of that, they beat my preapproved interest rate from a local credit union and made the deal even better. This is a class act dealership. I highly recommend their Lexus Certified vehicles. simply, they look brand new in most cases and the warranty for Certified is unbeatable (probably a $2,000 add on at other dealers).
Where do I start. I called and spoke to Duane in sales. He was amazing, knowable about the car I was looking for Lexus RC White with Red. He went out his way to text me while home to let me know the weather because I lived 50 miles away. He sold me on the car! Now when I got to the business side that could not have been more smooth.. I was ready to go with Navy Federal but LEN STOLER gave me a great rate and he explained everything with out over selling extra.. yes I purchase extra :). I am trying to think of his name.. He has a RV and wine.. If you are looking for great service this is the place... Duane even put a pretty bow on my car and took my picture... Thank you all every much..

This was my wife and my first time purchasing a vehicle from Len Stoler. Our experience was first class! Our sales agent was Anastasia who was very personable and went the extra mile to find a car to our liking. She allowed us to test drive several vehicles and even arranged to bring another vehicle we inquired about that was at one of their other locations the next day - which we ended up purchasing. Ana was very patient with us and did her best to accommodate our request for the type of car and amenities we desired in the car. Her manager also was personable and willing to negotiate our trade in to a fair price. John in Finance explained everything and allowed us to make the best decision for us with zero pressure.

I had a bad experience taking my Lexus to their service center recently. After 2 hours wait and $135 spent for the "diagnostic" I was told that they're unable to verify what's causing the vibration, saying that it may be coming from the driveshaft and they quote: "would start replacing rubber coupler and see what happens " - which is $800 parts + labor. Few days later I realized that the vibration appears even when car is not moving and in P position , which only ruins their conclusions. Very disappointed by spending money and time with 0 result

Great experience with Lexus!!! The money I spent was well worth it. Ryan was excellent and prompt and responsive to any of my questions. They provided a loner vehicle for me to use while my car was being serviced. I was able to get everything done and it was within my budget I allotted. This is why I will continue to purchase Lexus vehicles and continue to get them service here. It s worth the peace of mind.
If there is a classroom course, "Car Lease 101" then Len Stoler staff designed and teach it! The facility is super comfortable and clean. Tom Bardelman was respectful of my time so the process was smooth at all stages. Eugene provided the technical orientation to the new Lexus 350 features in plain language. The 350 is, of course, an awesome car with smoothest ride you can find. When looking for the Lexus brand then don't think twice, go to Len Stoler Lexus.
