Now refused to involve the insurance and ignore my claim as to all the damages to our belongings AND damages to my new home walls during delivery 10 days late! They put my new sofa and wardrobe in STORAGE without our authorisation. Came back DIRTY FIKTHY BLACK FINGERPRINTS. BROKEN HEADBOARD AND ANTIQUE DOOR GONE!!!
