I absolutely loved this service for the low and income or needy families that need help that we are lucky to have them here to help us get the things that we need and the lawyer support that we need as well cuz either we want to be able to afford anything they do a fantastic job top-notch they held me through everything that I needed to be done and I love their service for that and I would recommend them to anyone thank you so much again here's my best review

Can be decent people got a decent person for help with my esa but other then that not that good... I'm disabled n getting discriminated against and evicted because my esa and they always have a excuse for the eviction lawyer not to go to court ... And hes rude

Every time I have called, they are unable to help. Yesterday, the Ontario County Clerk referred me to them for help filling out forms. When I called, they said they only help people 65 and older with forms.

I was blindsided by my former employer and they used the weakest excuse to fire me! These guys from Legal Assistance helped me fight for my unemplyoyment! And we won! I am a veteran and I will always try to do the right thing! That's how I felt with the staff and my lawyer from Legal Assistance! In fact I'm calling them tomorrow because Mercy Flight wants to ruin my credit and life for a $33,000 bill that I gave the Insurance check for plus more! And have been paying a $100 month for! And now they want to take me to court again! I think with Legal Assistance help I can stop this INSANITY!

I called this office for help they told me they didn't have enough funds to help me with my case and told me to find another lawyer why do we all pay them out of our tax money if they won't help you when you need them so I would like to Know why they there

Great and professional. There to help the community who otherwise would be able to have their civil need met.

Couldn't help, just direct me to online help. Maybe it had to do with Florida & New York laws in my child support/custody case. Don't know.
