They are always willing to work with their students to make sure that they can have a christian oriented education. Whether you have a busy schedule, mental/physical health issues, etc. Legacy will work with you to make sure you have access to a higher education.
Legacy s Hybrid School Model allows our family to invest personally in our children s education, and at the same time have interaction with professional and caring teachers. We love the community at LCA! We feel supported as we shepherd our children s hearts to know God and make Him known. Our children are being prepared for life, as well as receiving the best education. The best part is our kids LOVE their school!
Legacy Community Academy has been a win for our family! Our daughter dances competitively and the schedule works so well with her studio time. We love the class sizes and the Christian atmosphere. From the minute you arrive, you will feel loved and welcomed by everyone!
We have been apart of Legacy Community Academy for 5 years and we truly have benefited as a family from the hybrid model for lower school. Our children are truly loved and known by the entire faculty, who encourage our children in their love for Christ and speak truth and life into them. We love this hybrid model; as parents being involved in our children's education and partnering with the teachers.
We have 2 of our 3 kids here and we absolutely love it. In the past it has always been our church that would make it hard for us to move somewhere else, but we can honestly say it is now our kid's school. We can't wait for all 3 of our girls to go all the way through high school here.
Teaching at LCA since 2012 has truly been a life-giving experience. Not only is this an amazing place to work, but it is an amazing place to partner with for your children's education. My son, now in 1st grade, has loved his first and second years at Legacy Community Academy. This is the most unique, enriching, fully accredited private school available- I'm convinced. As Christians, we are so thankful that the Lord led us here.
Our first year at LCA. Could not be more impressed with the leadership and faculty of this school! They truly integrate the school's mission and vision into all areas of education. The faculty partners with parents in the child's education, not only to learn present grade studies, but to help prepare them to be future leaders who impact their world. "Learning to lead by choosing to follow (Christ)" is not just a sound byte to promote the school, the faculty both model and teach this value every day. Wish we had found this school 10 years ago, but grateful to be enrolled now!
My kids have been going to LCA for the past 7 years. As a former public school teacher, I appreciate the academic excellence and intentionality of curriculum to keep the students competitive without compromising values! As a Christian, I love the foundation of servant leadership. My children have felt known and loved by their teachers and a strong sense of community by students and staff alike. Legacy is the perfect fit for my high schooler. She made genuine friendships the first week of school, has continued academic challenges, truly enjoys her classes, and has found interest in exploring college opportunities with the help of her life prep teachers and mentors at Legacy. This is our second year at Legacy and words can't describe the professional yet personal touch provided. Academic excellence coupled with intentional discipleship has set my son up for success in ways I had not imagined. Encouragement to learn to follow while exploring individual gifts is invaluable.
