I loved this theater, this was my family's first time here.... We go to a lot of different theaters, [cinebistro, studio movie grill, AMC dine in, etc...] the seats were very comfy, thru were also heated, which added to the wow factor.... Only thing that needs to be improved upon, is maybe a phone app, and upgrade or add some more items to the menu. But, all in all a great experience. Will be back for more movie experiences!

First time here, this place was awesome. It is not like a traditional theater. Lobby area is beautiful. There is almost like a small restaurant so that means you can order more than just pop corn and candy. We ordered Hummus and pita and it was delicious. I thought it was going to be expensive as compared to other theaters but pricing was very reasonable. Once we got in the theater it was so clean and the seating was just amazing. Heated seats that recline if needed, enough space so you don t have to worry about someone kicking you from the back, there is a drink holder and a tray for your food. I was able to buy my tickets online and picked out my seats. However when we got there another family took our seats which I think was kinda messed up and rude. Since theater wasn t full we decided to sit in another row but they need to make sure they enforce seating plan especially if I am paying for the seats in advance. Other than that great place perfect. Extremely good and polite counter service.

Outdated theater in this market, sorely in need of renovations. Dirty carpets, old seats, and poor lighting all make you feel like you walked in a theater front he 80's. Not competitive in an area surrounded by theaters with zero gravity seating and alcohol licenses.

The pagers they give you for food service don t vibrate so my food order was ready, I had no idea and later when I went to get it, they had given my food away and had to remake it. Very nice theater however, wonderful seating but the theater is ice cold so it can get uncomfortable at times

I went last night (4/15/21) to the drive-in A&E showing of the Booker T Biography movie. The set up was great and well organized. It was easy to hear the movie without using my radio and the staff was very courteous. My issue was the food I ordered and paid for! I love that they had the option of having it brought to my car! I ordered the Ultimate Chicken Nachos ($12). The only thing ultimate about it was that it was ultimately horrible!! The ingredients on the menu were chips, chicken, roasted corn salsa, black beans, pico de gallo, queso and shredded cheese. I ordered it without the corn salsa. Here's what I got: a large container with a boatload of stale broken chips, a few pieces of chicken bits, coarsely chopped bell pepper, a few pieces of chopped tomatoes, chunks of chopped onion, very little queso and a sprinkling of shredded cheese. I tried to make the best of it until I bit into a chunk of onion. After the movie, I decided to go inside and speak to someone. I saw the young lady I placed the order with, showed her the nachos and asked why I didn't have beans. Her answer was that the corn salsa and beans are mixed together so when I said I didn't want the salsa, that meant the beans too. That's something that would have been nice to know when I placed the order!!! I told her that the nachos were terrible and she informed me that the kitchen was closed otherwise they might be able to do something about it and she apologized. I told her these nachos were horrible and threw them in the trash. I wouldn t recommend this as a dine-in restaurant to anyone!!!!

Amazing seats! The whole theater has been renovated. The bar has a lot of options and the kitchen, while small, made solid food. The theater itself was comfortable. This place is now my go-to spot for movies.

This will be a different type of review because there was no movie seen but we were lucky enough to host my dad's celebration of life at the Springs Cinema and Taphouse. My father was a depression child who grew up watching double features for a nickel. His comfort place was a movie theater. He raised his three boys to love movies from Hitchcock to Wilder. After he passed in November, we thought of places to have his celebration after the funeral- country clubs, restaurants etc. We saw the website for the Springs and saw they hosted corporate events so we went for it and asked. Needless to say, they were more than willing, and from a customer service perspective it was even better than we expected. We had access to the full bar- a must for Irish Catholics, a menu was created for us that was set up in the actual movie theater. We had multiple servers come into the theater to get our drink orders, and we rarely had to wait. Where I think the experience was exceeded is we were allowed to have my dad's picture in the marquee outside of the actual theater, and then to music we had a slide show of his life on the big screen while friends and family watched in the comfortable seats with a cocktail in hand. We had use of a microphone to give stories of his life, and we had a private and fun environment to celebrate an amazing man's life. Kudos to this company to being open and think outside the box. We had movie goers ask us what was going on, and they seemed genuinely touched. Thank you!!!

Very warm and personable. The Springs Cinema & Taphouse provides a first rate experience with reclining chairs, hardwood floors in the aisles, large movie screens, and a bar in the lobby while remaining simple and inexpensive. I will definitely return for new releases and nostalgia films.

Me and the Girlfriend went here to see Rocketman. We showed up 15 minutes early. Girlfriend asked the cashier behind the register what was the quickest food she could get. The waitress told her and that it would be 3 minutes. So we waited. We waited for 35 literal minutes. No one answered are questions. We missed the beginning of the movie. I was infuriated, my girlfriend was infuriated. We watched as people came up and ordered after us and got their food instantly. So we don't know what was going on. Listen, we want to like you, we really do, but jesus, get your self in order. No one should have to wait over 35 minutes to get food. We ended up leaving because we were so frustrated and the movie had already started.

Super nice theater! The staff was very kind and helpful. The theatre itself is clean and the seats are super comfortable. They have a moderate selection of craft beer on tap which is always a huge plus! I will definitely be returning here.

The Springs was getting a little bit run down. But with this latest renovation it has picked up big time. The new renovation adds very comfortable plush leather lounge chairs. Amazingly these loungers include electric recline and even seat warmers! And the distance between rows is now huge. It is now easy to exit the row without disturbing anyone. I think the distance between rows must be close to five feet! The sound system seems like it must have been upgraded as well because it sounds great. This is likely one of the best movie venues located OTP. Well done!!

Good screens, good sounds, but the best feature is the comfy seating with personal swivel tables, reclining ability, and in-seat heaters (with two levels of warmth)! I don't often watch movies in theaters, but when I do, I'll be coming back to Springs Cinema & Taphouse

The service there is great. The prices are amazing for the quality, it is just so good. On Tuesdays, tickets are only 7 dollars, and the theaters have very nice and good sized screens, amazing leather reclining seats(which are also hearted), and the staff there are super friendly. Easy to get in and out of, not a hassle at all. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to see a good movie at a fair and amazing price with great amentities such as heated and recling seats which are super comfortable to see a movie in! Great place!

The reclining heated seats are incredibly comfortable. If I were just rating the auditorium I'd give it 5 stars. I'm looking forward to experiencing the theater once they've finished remodeling. I'll review again then.

Newly renovated and serving a great selection of craft beer. My movie destination for many years now revitalized with reclining lounge chairs and a full bar to go along with the latest films and specialty throwback movies.

HORRIBLE Non-Customer Service by The Owner!!! He completely ignored us as we waited for 15 minutes; RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM!!! He was too busy chatting up ; talking about NOTHING! Even when we verbally tried to get service from him; he ignored us! However, the staff is awesome!!!

The second we walked in there was a bad smell in the lobby that stayed the entire time. They forgot our order so it took about 45 minutes to get our food and when we finally did it might've been the worst grilled cheese I have ever eaten. Majority of my Tater Tots were ripped in half, Cheese Quesadilla had very strange tasting cheese, and the cheesesteak was just a bust in general. Not going back.

It's okay. The "box office" is a computer that wouldn't allow me to sit where I wanted, the ticket was expensive and the auditorium, had really loud music playing. The restroom had no way of drying hands. I hadn't been to a movie in a long time and maybe this is the way it is now. If something is playing I REALLY want to see I'll be back otherwise I'll save my money.

Though the service was solid and the amenities (heated, reclining seats, full bar, attentive staff, clean theaters/restrooms, etc) were lovely, almost every patron I saw was not wearing a mask while navigating the lobby/restrooms. Not a single employee requested that said patrons don a mask. Besides this, every other aspect of this cinema experience felt safe- the theater was impeccable and the seats very distanced (in my case, only one other couple shared the theater)- but it was appalling seeing so many people utterly disregard the safety of others by neglecting to simply wear a mask. The entitlement was palpable. Please require your patrons to wear masks in public areas and enforce this. In short: lovely but overpriced amenities/service, remarkably negligent policy towards enforcing safety measures.

Loved the atmosphere at this location. The bar was fully stocked and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The seating in the theater was outstanding! Heated seats with the ability to fully recline.

Seats are comfy and the renovation has definitely done this theater wonders. However, management is terrible. I asked the manager on duty (Alex) a question and he was rude and uncaring. Other than that, it s a pretty good theater.

Honestly over rated...Let s start with the 10$ bottled water . Then they don t even bring your food, you have get it yourself. I could ve and should ve went to studio movie grill for at least 20$ less what we spent here and they have better pricing and customer service.

One of the best movie experiences. Edit: I took off one star as the last 2 movies I watched here were a little blurry, one of them being Malificent 2 (heavy on graphics). In terms of facilities it is still one of the best. But I cannot comprise on picture quality for anything else.

Best spot in Atlanta to catch a movie. The staff is always friendly and the beer selection is top notch. The seats are extremely comfortable as well. They are heated and have a reclining option. I highly recommend this spot.

Thanks to the new owners this place has been completely renovated. Big comfy reclining theatre seats. It always has the best quality movies with substance. Love the upgrades and grateful to have this gem in the Sandy Springs Perimeter community.

This is a great theater. You can choose seats in advance, order a drink, and recline in seats that can heat up. We left the Regal/AMC cattle call and we aren't going back. This is our theater now. Maybe the price is a little more bit it's worth it.

Fabulous theater! Big comfy reclining seats and a full menu including alcohol. By far the best theater in the area based on cleanliness and facilities, but their real hidden gem are the courteous and kind employees. Had an amazing experience here and will definitely return!

We have gone to this cinema for years. However, it has just recently become the Springs Cinema and Taphouse. Previously, it was the Le Font Theater. The theater needed to be renovated and it has been very successfully. The lobby offers self-service tickets and a bar and seating area along with many food choices. The bathrooms have been updated and there are stadium style seats in the theaters. The seats can be adjusted to live back and have a heating element if the weather is cold outside. It's in a very nice area that we like to visit often. Highlight recommended.

The investment that's been made in this theater is excellent since transitioning from Lafont. The seats are the best of any theater I know in Atlanta. The food is typical for most theaters, but the selection of beers is better than most. Best of all though, the price point is the same or less than other high end theaters like Lenox.

The theater was recently renovated so the interior is modern and the seats are heated leather recliners with swivel food trays and a cup holder. There is a large bar with a good selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. We all enjoyed the food: Chicken Nachos, Tangy Tender Melt, Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap, and Smoked BBQ Pork Sliders.

Kudos to this local business that pivoted during covid! They did a great job executing a drive in theater, it's well run, thought of everything from concessions and bathrooms and giving people plenty of space to spread out. Was pleasantly surprised by the band that played before the show, as well! Haven't enjoyed myself this much in months!
