Historic location, closed due to covid. Would be interesting to visit later.

A friend and myself used to sneak in here and shoot pool when we worked at the ski resort. Everyone was very friendly. Seems like a great choice

I visited the wildlife rehab center today and the staff was wonderful.

I am an alumini of the college. The professors were great. Dr. Vines, Dr. Joslin, and Dee Thomas were my favorite instructors! They make sure you excell in your studies, have an amazing library and the faculty is amazing! It is a small private college that ranks as the college am that is at a higher elevation than any other college on the east coast. The weather can get cold in the winter and even spring. You never know when it will snow. It is located in the blue ridge mountains between grandfather mountain and beech mountain.

Wonderfully located high atop the mountains in North Carolina. Two of our daughters have attended, and the youngest will be graduating next year. There's a wonderful sense of family and belonging on campus.

Beautiful campus. Of ,for, in the mountains is a perfect description. Such great history. Having students bring rocks from their home state and built three buildings in the beginning of it history is amazing.
The tie into the churches, and locale is breath taking.
Makes me almost won't to go back to school. (Almost ;-))
If you love the outdoors and outdoor recreation, this is a must see school. They even have a classroom on the top of the mountain!
Located in Banner Elk NC. A cute down with nice shops and restaurants. But you go here for the mountain!
