My experience with Lee Nissan was better than my experience with other Nissan dealerships. Lee Nissan worked with me closely on my trade-in and on the purchase of my 2021 Nissan Platinum Murano. I was very pleased with the Salesperson, Finance Manager and Service Department. All were very professional, courteous and care for their customer's receiving the best price. Rob was great! I was there on vacation and had an unplanned engine light come on. He was patient and answered all of the questions I had for him. He was very polite and was so nice to work me into the schedule for a repair because I only had a day left before I was leaving. When dropping off and picking up my car everyone was very nice and polite. Having the unfortunate event of my car messing up while on vacation was not fun but they made it easy and less stressful. Thank you Rob and the others at Lee Nissan.
Graham (papa) took care of my service this time around, he was very knowledgeable and professional. I usually have Samantha each time, and I have always looked forward to seeing them. She is always spot on answering all of my questions and so helpful. I could get service anywhere else but I choose to drive there knowing that I am not just another number. The service team along with all the employees there have always went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Ed Jeffries was the one I bought my first car from at Lee Nissan and he has been someone that I can call at anytime when I need something, that means a lot. I value the friendships that I have made there, and look forward to many more years doing business with you all.
I will preface this review by disclosing that I sell cars for a living. I've been on the hunt for a very specific vehicle and these guys had it. Marty met me on the lot, and let me move at my own pace. He and the sales manager offered me what I wanted for my trade and sold the new one for what it is worth. Doug the business manager showed me a ton of professional courtesy and got me signed out quickly and efficiently. Before I left I was introduced to GSM and thanked for my business. Sam was very accommodating and helpful to me when I was in a tight spot. The service department was staffed very well for a Saturday and provided the best service I could have hoped for considering the circumstances.
My mom and I went to Lee Nissan today to look at buying her a used vehicle. Unfortunately the salesman I had originally felt with over the phone a few times, Steve, wasn t able to be there. He was very helpful and patient over the phone as my mom had specific wants in vehicle. Mileage, age and price. We were able to go today since I had the day off. We felt with Marty today. He was very patient. We felt absolutely no pressure at all when looking. We went to look at a specific vehicle. We looked at and test drove it. She decided to look at what else they had in her price range. We found one. We looked at and test drove it. She decided on the second one if they could get the price where she needed it. They did. I don t remember the finance guts name, but he was very good and again, no pressure. They were very professional and took there time with us. We are very pleased with this dealership. They are about 2 hrs from where we live and will consider going back to them in the further when my wife and I decide to buy another vehicle. Thank you Lee Nissan for courtesy and professionalism!!
Had a great experience with a trade in and came home with the perfect car for my family. Enjoyed the patients given by Tyler so I didn t feel pressured to rush into a choice of cars and was able to choose the car I really wanted that fit my needs. We walked in and said this was our price range and that was able to stay within that price range. Will recommend to friends
