I lived there for a few years and was always very satisfied. The neighbors were all very nice, very good company and the home management is very friendly and competent. Highly recommended for beginners because you don't have to worry about anything (internet, heating, sauna, fitness, etc.) and there are very good shopping opportunities in the area.

Dormitory in a good location (especially for TU students), good room facilities (especially fast and reliable internet!) And a property management, which reacts quickly, if it sometimes gives problems - for the first few months (or even years) in Vienna very much to recommend!
