I have never been treated so bad by a law office in my life. Very rude, unprofessional and seem to be only about making a dollar for their client. I was hung up on several times when I called to simply ask a question, "who do I make the check out to?" or "where do I go to pay the fees?". They refused to help me. My fees and penalties started at just over $1200 and by the time I finally got answers I ended up paying over $6000. It went up $5000 in less than 2 weeks. I was already getting evicted from the house I owned but lot was rented, (I can no longer work and disability is taking longer than expected so adjusting to 1 income from 2 got 2 months behind on lot rent), but they were acting like they wanted my house and my money in the end. There were multiple attempts to pay fees in full by several people including myself and the bishop since the first notice was served and each one was denied. Long story short, they would not verify any sort of information received (complaints against me, just charge me for it although I could prove it was false) nor would they simply accept my money to settle before I ended up competly broke. It took signing my house over to someone else to find out how to settle, they told the new owner not me, it was so expensive I still ended up homeless and broke. They got paid and that's all they care about.

I had a great experience with LeBaron & Jensen P.C. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, and were extremely informative and explained anything I didn t understand about the proceedings of the case. I would highly recommend LeBaron & Jensen to anyone seeking Legal representation. I was driving westbound on Highway 193 in Clearfield Utah, when I came to the intersection of 1000 East and Highway 193. I noticed that a firetruck was travelling east towards the intersection with its emergency lights on, all traffic around me, including myself, slowed to a stop to allow the firetruck an unimpeded path to travel. However, I noticed the Jeep behind me wasn t slowing down. There wasn t anything I could do to avoid the collision, so I just braced for impact. Although I was wearing my seatbelt, I still suffered many injuries to my neck, shoulders, back, and arms. About a month after the accident I finally sought medical help for my injuries. I underwent many years of treatment for my accident-related injuries, including a carpel tunnel surgery and 2 rhyzotomy procedures, x-rays, MRIs causing me to incur over $60,000 in medical expenses. I decided I should seek legal help with my case, as I knew there was no way I could pay my medical expenses on my own. The legal team at LeBaron & Jensen were exceptional. They were able to negotiate with my health insurance and medical providers, lowering costs where they could. When all my legal and medical fees were paid, I was left with over $79,000. This money will help me pay for the future treatment that I will have to receive to try and help alleviate my future pain and suffering. Let face it, if you're calling a lawyer, you're probably not having the best of days. I had a divorce that was one for the books, and hired a high priced attorney from Salt Lake, thinking that she would represent me proportionate to her fee. Six years later, and financially destitute, I had to engage the service of Tyler Jensen to file a bankruptcy. Tyler was totally professional, and most importantly, he was HONEST! My experience with attorneys did not have that word in the sentence that I would describe them. I was pleasantly surprised(As much as one in my situation could be) and Tyler and Linda worked with me through the whole thing. My ex wife had an attorney that appears on the "Discipline Corner" of the Utah Bar(This is a BAD Thing), and he tried to circumvent the federal bankruptcy laws, and Tyler would have none of it, and basically made a fool of this other unscrupulous attorney in federal court, and had sanctions brought against him for his illegal behavior. So I mentioned Linda, she is Tyler's paralegal, and a blessing to me throughout this whole thing, I know at times I bugged her to death, but she was always there for me to answer questions, and generally put my mind at ease.

I have remarried and there was an issue that my wife had with some real estate law, in that her husband had passed away, and we had to have some documents put in her name to be able to sell a property. Miles LeBaron, looked at the situation, assessed it, and drew up the proper paperwork. We had to send some of it out of the continental U.S. and in two weeks the whole thing was done, and we could move on with our life. The price he charged was less than what we were quoted by another attorney, and the time frame was much quicker.

They say that "Hind Sight is 20/20", well if I had it to do over, all of my legal needs would have been done through LeBaron and Jensen. Tyler now does family law, and I would want him in my corner if I needed that again.(God Forbid....Happily Married to my Best Friend)

On January 2, 2019, my life was forever changed. My son received third degree burns on both hands while he was at daycare. My son thereafter spent eighteen (18) days in the Burn Trauma Intensive Care Unit at the University of Utah hospital in an effort to get his hands healed. He underwent a skin graft operation while at the burn trauma center, and his medical bills were in the tens of thousands of dollars. After my son was released to come home, we still had to go back to the hospital several days a week for therapy on his hands and to change his bandages. More bills were piling up. We were very pleased with how Miles Lebaron handled our car accident case. The insurance company was quite difficult to work with. Miles was persistent with the insurance company and got the settlement we were seeking, without having to go to court.

Miles also handled a case for our son, who was bit on the face by a dog. Again, Miles was persistent and was able to get a fair settlement, which included allowing our son to have the reconstructive surgery that he needed.

These guys represented a plaintiff that was suing my mother and when I called to try and get things resolved, they refused to speak to me or come to some type of negotiation or agreement or even inform me about anything. How are these people allowed to practice law when they're so unfair and rude? I thought lawyers were suppose to RESOLVE cases not make them worse. What a joke,. If you're in need of good representation I would recommend seeking counsel elsewhere because these guys are clearly incompetent.

I had a complicated Real Estate Law issue in Utah and went to talk to Mr. Jensen in his Layton's office for help. I had talked to other attorneys and was uncomfortable with how they were interpreting the real estate laws relevant to our case.

Miles setup a trust for my husband and I. He did an excellent job of explaining everything and providing various options to us to setup the trust the way we wanted. Miles does not try to sell you more than you need. A truly honest attorney with integrity. I highly recommend him and his team for your legal needs.

While attempting to exit the I-15 with my 4 children in Marriott-Slaterville Utah, another driver collided with the front end of a semi truck causing it to spin out of control and hit four (4) other vehicles including mine. The impact caused my vehicle to roll several times before coming to rest on its side. Even though my children and I were wearing seat belts and driving safely, the negligence of the other driver resulted in a fatality, serious injuries and trauma for everyone involved.
We are thankful to be alive yet this caused my children and I many horrific injuries, including a collapsed lung, a crushed pelvis, brain swelling, and cranial hemorrhaging. I was personally hospitalized for eight (8) days following the accident not including in and out-patient rehabilitation. Due to this we were faced with over $160,000 in medical bills. We knew that we needed help and contacted the lawyers at LeBaron & Jensen, P.C. The attorneys and staff at LeBaron & Jensen were not only attentive with great personal service but they successfully negotiated a reduction of the health insurance company s subrogation claim by $58,000. As a result of the negotiations between our attorneys, the auto insurance providers, healthcare providers, and health insurance providers, our medical and legal fees were paid for and a good amount was still set aside in minor trust accounts for my children. In January of 2014, my husband was involved in a terrible accident. He was driving on highway 89 in Wellsville, UT, when another driver ran a stop sign and pulled out in front of him. He tried to swerve out of the way, but he wasn t able to avoid hitting the other vehicle. The resulting impact was so severe that even though he was wearing a seatbelt, he was violently thrown around in the cab of his truck and, as a result, hit his head on the windshield. This caused many injuries to his shoulders, back, and neck. My husband also suffered massive bruising and internal damage, and that s not even the full extent of the injuries he suffered. He had to receive extensive treatments, including several shoulder surgeries, to try and help alleviate the pain he suffered because of the accident. Even after he underwent all those treatments he was still left in immense pain, and to top it all off, he was diagnosed with cancer in July of 2016. He decided to put off treatment for his shoulders to try and focus on his cancer treatments. He passed away in October of 2017. LeBaron & Jensen were there fighting for us through it all. They were able to get a settlement that covered all of Robert s accident-related medical bills and all the required legal fees and additional money for his pain and suffering as a result of the accident. My wife suffered similar injuries. Both my wife and I received continued medical treatment for our injuries, including a combined 5 months of physical therapy. Our treatments caused us to rack up medical expenses. Our combined medical expenses were well over $50,000, we knew there was no way we could face this alone, so we contacted LeBaron & Jensen P.C. Their legal team took exceptionally good care of us and their lawyers were able to negotiate our medical expenses down to $3,700. After our medical and legal fees were paid, we were left with $40,000 to use towards future medical expenses.
