I had to take a test for an important job that had a time limit. This was the closest test site and had the best reviews so i chose this. My appointment was canceled 4 times because of covid which i understand. The part that upsets me is that each time i was canceled 1 or 3 days prior to taking my test. I had already moved things around for childcare and day off from work. Do you know how unprofessional it is to move things around 2 weeks prior to be canceled on last minute. This was an important test so i took the hit. 3 times. The fourth time i ended up calling a week prior to confirm they would be open. They told me they would be closed the rest of the month and they would cancel my appointment as all thenother times prior. So today i log onto my account and my appointment was never canceled and now I'm out money and put of this job that i had been preparing for 2 years. I do not care for a refund since it was partially my fault, but i do care about letting others know that theyre not as professional as they should be.
