Terribly misleading company. They advertise 36 month, zero interest financing but when you read the contract they own the equipment until the end of the lease and THEN, after paying your balance in full for 3 years, you can have the option to buy the equipment at FMV. Will not do business with.
I had a loan with the company and it was paid in full in 2011. They placed a collateral assignment with my life insurance policy. I have contacted them numerous times, spoke with Chelsea recently to try to get them to release their collateral assignment. They always tell me they will take care of it, but still, since my first phone in August of 2019, have not contacted my Life Insurance Company. I was forced to file a formal complaint with the State of Pennsylvania's Attorney General's office. I do not recommend using this company.
Philip Sciarrino has been nothing short of an awful sales rep. He won't help me in the slightest and just keeps pushing refinancing when I'm trying to do a fair market value buyout to own. I can't get anything done with them.
Awful finance company. They charge you $12.50 to talk to someone and another $12.50 if they ATTEMPT to call you back. Yes, charges for even attempting. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
Wished I looked at reviews before doing any business with them. Misleading contract and sales reps.
Cost my company over 100k in jobs just now before Christmas. And the reason is a B.S. bank answer. The financing isn't even for us. It's third party funding for our customers. So you lost us as a lead source for funding projects for your financing products. Lol
Awful company. The agreement is poorly written and, when you try to pay it off early with a refinance, you have to pay all of the interest through the end and they give you a hard time about the wording on the payoff agreement. Basically, they make it almost impossible to pay it off and add a bunch of extra fees. They also initially refused to speak to our attorney until I demanded it.
They sell loan as a "purchase agreement", but Title loan as "special financing", not providing all paperwork, till after docs are complete. Stay away.
And if you have been burned by them, get on TrustPilot and give them your review.

Horrible experience! We had an issue with a equipment lease and Leaf would not call us back. We left a ton of messages, talk to their customer service and had been assured someone would call us back but never once did we get a call. Long story short, we never receive our equipment, Leaf had received their original investment back in full, admin fee, and also kept 4 of our monthly payments. All we wanted was to ask about a possible refund on the payments we made but they basically feel they can just ignore their customers. Totally a scam of a company. This is my first review ever, not one of those people that like to leave bad feedback. However, this is absolutely criminal the way they treat their clients.
Very Misleading!!! Thought we were entering an equipment "loan" situation but turns out it is an "agreement" and no early payoff to avoid interest! For an equipment loan of 59,400 it will cost us 74,000!!! Our sales guy said we could do early payoff but he didn't mention that you are still paying all the interest the duration of the loan would normally have! Terrible company and I hope all things hidden with them will get brought into the light for the dishonest tactics! This company is not honest. DO NOT give them your money.
