Just got off the corporate line, in Arizona and the lady whose name started with an "A". Assa, or Acen. I'm sorry I forget. But she was VERY helpful and handled everything in less than 10minutes.

Still waiting on my paycheck from October 6 and 7.Manager dosent seem to want to give it to me.Was told in an email that he would mail it out a week ago.I live 6 minutes from location.Still have not received it.Definitely explains the turnover rate
Worked with them a couple times, great experience, they're always willing to help. Just "follow the rules" and you won't have the experience like the one star reviewers.
Who ever is in charge of setting up schedule interview is terrible. It Took me a couple days just to schedule an interview. She told me she would send me an email with info about the interview but she never did.
If there was such a thing as a 10star rating this place would get it. Within 72 hours of applying I was working David and Anthony are top notch. Fun and friendly work atmosphere super excited to be apart of the team. (Not to mention I'm a 3 time felon and they gave me the chance when no one else would)
To Micro Manage they treat you like a child, also you can not speak while your in the office, to many chiefs and not enough Indians they suck big time. I tell everyone looking for work not to go to Lead point For being a minority owned business they suck
Anthony was an amazing instructor. He was very informative and made sure we understood everything. I enjoy working with him.
Will never work for this company. You are not treated as a human being. I will never trust that they wouldn't try to find a way to lower wages through corporate driven loopholes. Length of time working at this company means nothing.
