I have just completed the "Forensic Investigation Officer" course.

I have had an amazing learning experience while studying this course. It is a very comprehensive and professional course, it covers absolutely all the necessary aspects related to this activity, the course modules are very well explained providing with relevant and practical examples, thus giving the student a unique learning experience.

Obviously, I would highly recommend this professional course to anyone being interested in starting a career in this sector.

I have completed one diploma and I am in the middle of another. The content is rich and I learning a lot at my own pace. The support is excellent. I totally recommend Lead Academy.

When I have completed my current course I will be looking at doing another one.

The website is terribly made. The links do not work. It won't let me reset my password. The website seems like fraud. I Do not feel comfortable giving these people any of my information anymore. I would like my money back ASAP

Negative Points
My main problem with this training company is you are not supplied with any software to physically learn your subject and that is a huge mistake. People learn more efficiently when they take part. Considering Microsoft supports training companies and students giving them discount (I know this because I did a course with Train2game which supplied all the software including Microsoft Visual C++).

I know why they went this route and its to allow people with mobile devices to learn, however even if your using Microsoft Office for FREE online that software is very basic and most of the keyboard shortcuts do not work. (Full version of office installed on PC/MAC works perfectly, unfortunately since I have lost my job I cant afford to purchase it)

The courses are not worth the full asking price.

Positive Points
The videos are very well presented, I have noticed a few mistakes with the text in the video stating "click+C to copy" when it should be "CTRL+C to copy".
The tutors and support staff are easy to contact and reply within 2 hours.
The course can be done on any modern device with internet access.

Summary:
No software supplied = replaying videos until it sticks in your head.
Tutors and Customer support reply within 2 hours.
Videos are will presented.
Full price for these courses are not worth it.
