The service and location are awesome. The room is a little out dated. There are some facilities which are awesome in the really city centre. The WiFi service is really bad which is slow.

Not sure how this is rated a five star. The building itself is beautiful looking as are most on the street.

However the room was a 3-4 star.

Not much to write home about at all.

Didn't try the spa or swimming pool so can't comment on that

Great Location. Architecturally beautiful. Rooms could be better maintained. Watch it that there are rooms without a view.

Excellent service and comfortable family rooms. The rooms need a little updating though. There is a lovely heated indoor pool, gym and a very nice executive lounge. Near the concierge, there s a secret den for the kids only where they can borrow books to read or just snug in there to read as it s cozy. The distance to the tube is just about a minute walk away! Very convenient.

I had the pleasure to attend a business tea meeting on the first floor tea room yesterday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has the most amazing designs l have ever come across . It s glamorous ,exquisite charming ,pulchritudinous l could go on describing its beauty. I look forward to visiting again. Once again thanks to the staff for helping me find my hat/scarf which l had misplaced in the process.

Service is nice but afternoon tea is below average... if you d love to have an instagram worthy photos here is your place but if you re a foodie like me.. I won t go back again..

Very centrally located upscale hotel, right next to Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square. High end shopping areas of Regent Street and Mayfair next door. Hotel had large gym and pool facilities, slightly dated ones. The concierge lounge is conveniently open all day, and the service of the staff there is great. Rooms are a bit old and floors are squeaky, but many of them are good sized.

The hotel is great! The room I had was very spacious, the bath was small but the deep tub was great! The bed as very comfortable! Windows and views made it special! The location couldn t have been better. Right smack surrounded by shops restaurants tourist attractions theatre transportation, you name it. The buffet breakfast I. The Terrace restaurant is great. You can get there easily on the Tube from the airport. Decent crowd. Service was good overall but some of staff (concierge and doormen) could be a little more warm and friendly. The front desk staff was great!
