The best hotel in Limassol! Sumptuously! Sincere staff!

I don t normally leave hotel reviews, but after staying at the Parklane Resort & Spa in Limassol, I felt compelled to share my powerful experience.

It all starts with a decision to surprise my wife for her birthday and take the family on a spontaneous vacation.

From the minute we arrived at the resort, each and every staff member was attentive to our needs, even before we expressed them.

At check in, both the receptionist and the Manager (Symeon Melikoglou), recognized that it was my wife s birthday and upgraded us to a beach view room at no extra cost.

At the pool, we had Dimitri from the Gallery restaurant bring us our orders (which we re not on the regular menu) all the way down to the poolside. In addition, the folks at Vitos Bar were extremely accommodating, bringing us a high chair for the baby and doing everything in their power to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Last but not least, Irina and Beatrice. These two, together with Symeon have arranged for our luggage (which we left at the airport), to be delivered all the way to our doorstep.

To sum it all up, the extraordinary people, together with top-end customer service, endless list of amenities, breath-taking view, amazing food and a spectacular mini "Disneyland" kids park, are responsible for one of the best family vacations we ever had.

Beautiful place. Excellent rooms and great selection of restaurants. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

New beautiful hotel complex! Awesome! There are standard rooms and there are two-story cottages. Very luxurious decoration inside. There is a fountain with light. Nice staff. Food is beyond praise! Gourmet! The hotel has several pools and access to the sea. Beach 10 meters. We rested here with a corporate party and therefore, "all inclusive." And so a cup of coffee 6 euros. Water 2 euros. Stores with three to four digit numbers. Tin. But a taxi to the city is 15 euros, ride 25 minutes.

I am here off-season so swimming is mostly inside and yet I am happy here. The hotel is a lovely place to be with great rooms, stunning views and in the ultra modern design comfort is not lost. The smoothies and juices at the gym are world class without being so complex you lose the ingredients and the gym itself is clean and complete. Breakfast is so so and they need to work on that but perhaps it's better in season. The staff / helpful is to understate it.

The facilities of the hotel are beautiful and brand new
The access to the beach is perfect and visible from every part public location and from the sea facing rooms
The room was large and very comfortable with double sinks and glass doors separating the shower and toilet areas
The adult pool was great as well letting the families enjoy the major pool
It s definitely the best hotel I stayed in on this island

The best hotel in Limassol, much better than Four Seasons, excellent view, many Russian-speaking staff, in addition to simple rooms, you can rent a villa directly on the hotel premises, everything is on top, a very beautiful, modern hotel.
