Literally best

A perfect place for a destination wedding in Jaipur.

One of the best hotel to stay in Jaipur. Overall experience has been outstanding. Right from luxurious rooms to tasteful food everything was upto mark. The hospitality shown by Hotel staff , Managers and particularly F & B Managers , chefs and particularly Adhiraj from F & B were too good. They were present all the time to take care of the guest and their gesture towards their guest really felt me comfortable. I stayed with my 200 employees of Purnartha Investment Advisers Company in the hotel for 2 days and experienced one of the best services ever experienced staying in a five star property. Really worth staying.

It was the awesome stay.. staff is very helping, kind nd cheerful nd food is excellent. So hygiene nd clean. It was a pleasure to stay there .

Fabulous Hotel and grounds. Large luxurious rooms. Food was excellent, though maybe one or two "plain" choices may be of benefit to those wanting a change from the delicious spicy confections that are on offer. Special mention must go to Greet who looked after us at mealtimes. Would definitely recommend this hotel

What a beautiful complex with well laid out lawns, brilliant landscaping that resonates the whilfness of Aravallis while keeping it modern and symmetric, a huge ballroom for events, and great architecture that blends the traditional with the modern. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

So much expansive but if you have money this is so good place to have fun.

Superb well maintained property on the outskirts of Jaipur

The property is a bit old but massive and has huge grounds and lots of space. The food is fine, nothing extraordinary but they have their basics right. The sad part is about the service. I felt the service is sub par in comparison to other SPG properties. The check in staff were not so helpful for early check-in or late check-out even though I was SPG Platinum. Nor did they give the room upgrade. The waiting staff were always slacking and I had to work for their attention for food while they were serving. So overall a three out of five sorts.

This property is absolutely a win. Nicely maintained. Spacious room. Very courteous staff. This time was an experience with Chef Ram, server Amrit, Abhishek n others who did every bit to keep us delighted. Do try signature Rajastgani dishes, talk to chef to specify food alterations. Am sure would love it. My appreciation for entire team!

The Jai Hotel is very luxurious and the stay here is all the facilities available with the right rate

Environment is good but the bar counter man MR. Ankush is too rude and hyperactive. Really ridiculous to see his behavior

All accommodations, including Superior Rooms, span at least 35 square meters, boast high ceilings, have hardwood floors and overlook the lush pool courtyard. Picturesque location. One side is highway other side is mountain which look scary in summer and lush green in winter.

I spent just two nights here and I was pretty impressed by the Hotel.
The staff is super sweet and accommodating.

The rooms and bathrooms are massive and very comfortable.
I wish I had spent more time in the hotel.

Had a great stay over here. The staff was very humble and took a great care of cleaniness and everything. For sure would come back soon.

The facility and the provisions are 5 star. However the staff training needs to be upscaled so that they can handle pressure situations without getting overwhelmed. The room service needs to get much better.

Good facilities, great location and property, but maintenance is below par and it's age is showing
