I didn't think I would be writing a review like this but I am HIGHLY disappointed. I live in the area and have known about this place for a long time. In fact, my cousins were the previous owners here BEFORE it was a hookah lounge. I come here every now and then with friends who enjoy hookah and don't want to travel far.
I came here this past Sunday - Aug 16, 2020 around 11:15 pm. My friend and I both ordered beers along with a hookah. Mine was a Blue Moon and his was a Corona. I took several sips of my beer and noticed a funky taste so asked the bartender to please give me a Corona as a replacement. The Blue Moon tasted old and stale- it was not hard to tell. Now this is the part that got me. A few minutes later, the owner went behind the bar and asked the bartender to fill the Blue Moon with something else, RECAP the bottle and PLACE IT BACK ON THE SHELF TO RESELL!!!!!!!!!!!

You can imagine my absolute shock witnessing this! I would have NEVER expected this from Le Caire, ESPECIALLY during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. God forbid someone gets sick from this!?! I am not sure if this is the first time it has happened but I am officially boycotting. I am so BEYOND disgusted. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years and have never ever seen anything like this.

DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT. DO BETTER, LE CAIRE.

Got the frozen mango margarita tasted nothing like mango. Hookah was just bad. They don t start it up for you. Had to extra coal to just get some smoke going. Have a feeling some of the reviews are paid for. 5 dollar cover charge too

I love this place...the hookahs are great...never a bad experience coming here... everything is great at Le Caire Lounge... the server's are great...

Usually I don t write reviews but I had one of the bad experience which makes me share it here. Went with friends and we literally sit there for like over 30min and no one seems to come to our table and take order. What really upset me that people who came after us got taken care of, while we were just sitting there and getting ignored. Even went in the front to talk to someone but no one seems to be looking at us. That was really unprofessional and bad customer service. Never will go there and will encourage others to not go. I felt discriminated.

We walked into this place on a date night after dinner. The ambiance was cool and the hookah is ok. My concern was they kept changing the charcoal about 10 times and never asked if we wanted a re fill. Inhaling burnt hookah for that long can t be good?! The hookah prices are great and anything other then cognac was good. It seems as if this place doesn t sell real cognac. The henny and the Remy were not real! It had a nasty after taste and taste bitter. A cognac drinker would know this, they switch the liquor inside the bottle and charge you top shelf price! Speaking to other people they experienced the same thing and the owner keeps doing it! On top of the compliant the owner only took off 1 drink!! If you drink beer, rum or vodka you should be ok.

cozy place and only one if its kind in the area really. great prices for drinks too. atmosphere is cool whether it be empty and quiet or crowded with dj playing. good for groups and couples.
