With the hardworking team of support staff this company has available for its clients, I do not understand these low rating commenters. Great company.
If zero stars were available I would choose it. I though this software was supposed to shorten your workload by making CP entry faster & easier. Yeah right, its probable easier to do the forms yourself manually. This has got to be hands down, the worst certified payroll program ever! smdh
The software is user friendly as well as there are several ways to receive training on how to properly utilize it. The support staff is extremely diligent and quick to respond to support issues and resolving them in a quick and precise timely manner.
I agree with others who have stated they dread getting a LCPTracker job. I told my PM to please don't bid projects that require us to use this program. My mental health is at stake.
The designers of this program did not work with people who actually enter certified payroll. It asks information that the DIR and other programs do not i.e. information that is not necessary. No other program needs you to calculate base rate for this project and the fringe rate for this project., they simply ask for the total pay for this project. Simple formulas to calculate the amounts in the many boxes that are asked to be filled out would have been nice i.e. if you know how many hours were worked and the base rate, then a formula to fill in the base rate for this project would have been a simple calculation for the program to do. To cumbersome and time wasting for productive payroll processing.
