Bought a Roland FP-10 digital piano through their online store at Lazada. Chat staff Diana is very helpful and shares my concern. Am very satisfied with the experience.

I went to look for a "auto-lock" guitar stand and the staff said they did not keep any stock in their store but will place an order for me from their warehouse. The staff quoted me RM 90 for the guitar stand.
Two days later I visit the store again to make my purchase, the staff who quoted me wasn't around so the other staff (store owner I presume) came to serve me and I requested for gear inspection. To my surprise the guitar stand is covered in mold and dust. The store owner after seeing the product is in unsatisfactory condition quickly cut in and said "Oh, this is an old stock that we want to clear away but it is still new! The listing price is RM 125, but I offer you RM 99.". I was left speechless, I rejected the offer and walked out of the store.

Amazing and superb service by Ms. Sue from LBS Music World! I bought a condenser microphone from Shopee and was struggling trying to link it to my MacBook, I texted Shopee late at night because my assignment was rather urgent. Ms. Sue immediately replied me the next morning by sharing a video on how it should be fixed and now the mic is working splendidly. Thank you so much once again, Ms. Sue. Definitely recommend this store with awesome services <3

Disappointed staff services, highly not recommended to visit this shop!

We purchased a Behringer Q802USB from this vendor. The mixer was quite good, but we had some problems with a loose power connection on the unit. The staff who attended to us, Amar, was very quick and responsive in arranging for the servicing and repair of this problem, especially in helping accommodate our event schedules when we needed to use the mixer.

Overall, I am happy with both the mixer and the level of service provided to us. I would be happy to get more equipment from them in the future.
