Horrible worst Appraisers! I get appraisals done often. Their appraisers seem to have other motives. Their appraisals are not accurate or fair or even logical. I got two appraisals in a row for different properties with low-balling. Lawrence Walker will never enter my threshold again.

The comparatives they picked didn't totally make sense to me, but I think the overall number was in the right ballpark. It's an art not a science. They were good to deal with.
