Large hospital with ample parking outdoors and a garage. . The front main entrance desk gladly helps guide you to your appointment area. They also offer transportation for disabled visiting the hospital.

I would give a zero if I could. Absolutely worst patient care possible. This hospital should be ashamed at the care they provide to patients, providing "hall beds" on the floor to high fall risk chest pain patients without proper monitoring. My family member was left in a "cubby hole" (nurse's words) all day until a 4pm discharge with a bell to use if help was needed. He rang the bell for 15 minutes before ambulating himself to a public bathroom. He is a high fall risk with recent falls, history of two shattered ankles and very unstable. Just plain neglect!! And this is just one safety concern we had! Shame on you and your money first mentality L&M. Clearly patient experience comes dead last at this hospital as I have tried to discuss my concerns with Administration and Patient Relations to no avail!

I have requested twice on MyChartPLUS to have the results of my husbands cat scan posted on there. What I got instead after the first request was someone will talk to you about it if they haven t already . I requested 2nd time to enter it on mychart so it was in writing and I m able to read and retain the results.

What does a person have to do to get this done.
The nurses were great.....can t say the same for the hospital .

I was discharged today from a 3 night stay after being admitted from the ER. My first hospital stay for an illness, in over 50 yrs, since sick as an infant. I am a new patient there and can't say enough good about this hospital. From A to Z, they were all(except for the evening ward clerk on floor 6,2 who was rude and unprofessional to me when I called for help when returning to my room after an endoscopy and biopsy, in terrible pain. Making me wait 45 mins and ring 3 times before sending the aid in. She clearly had an attitude towards either I or her job in general but other than her, the staff was excellent)on top of their performance. Especially Ms Kim, the housekeeper(which I believe is the most important position in any hospital. If a hospital isn't clean, it doesn't matter how good the drs and nurses are, infection will still be a risk and is just gross in general) who does an incredible job keeping the unit sparkling clean. (As well as the entire housekeeping dept, the entire hospital sparkled). My windows were so clean I thought they were open! She was also always willing to help in any other way she could,. offering to get me ice water, etc.. and was always so personable and pleasant, making me feel like I had a friend visiting. Thank you Ms Kim! As long as I am living in the area, will never again choose another hospital to be treated at. Thank you L & M for All you did for me while there. You're the best and am so grateful to have you to go to for my healthcare needs.

The WORST hospital I have ever been to! My husband was in a rollover laid in the ER for 10 hours before being admitted . He is diabetic I had to ask for food 3 times just to be ignored by nurses doing nothing but standing around chatting. Was discharged the next day and I had to clean and pick glass out of all of his cuts because it was never done ! He sta yet ed overnight they never even washed him up or gave him a toothbrush . I wouldn't bring the neighborhood stray cat to this disgusting excuse of a medical facility!!!listened to nurses and doctors in the ER talking and laughing about other patients conditions they should really be ashamed of themselves

In my opinion the nurses and staff at L&M are reasonably good. That being said there are good and bad in every profession but for the most part those I have met have treated me with respect and they have in many instances gone above and beyond what I have expected. It s unfortunate that the personalities that shine here are often diminished by those who could care less. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and I am thankful for the ones who have truly cared and been genuine.

This hospital is a joke. All they do is lie to you and everyone tells you something different. NO COMMUNICATION among staff. Nobody knows why they give you the medication they give or what it s for. They keep you for 24 hours then change it to 72 hours then 96. And as your ready to leave and waiting for your discharge papers they tell you that you have to stay longer possibly days with no explanation except they want you to. I will die before going here and will never recommend L&M to anyone.

Level of care: 9/10

Timeliness of care:10/10
Came in for kidney stone removal. Yeah I need to stop eating my momma's meatball and pasta. Seen other reviews but my personal experience was great. Atmosphere could be better but then again it's a hospital. So I forgo that in my review. Nurses we informative and surgery went great. Hopefully now one has to come review this place but I feel they did a great job.

Disgusting towards military.

Disgusting towards military.
Clerk for the night shift yesterday was absolutely gross.
I was in severe stomach pain and went to the restroom hunched over by the toilet, and someone reported to staff that I was on the ground.
I managed to walk out and was informed by the clerk that we are not allowed to be on the restroom floor and should have a mask up, and that the wheelchair I was using is perfectly fine instead
I became lightheaded from breathing so hard and struggled to stand up or Move. I was told to pickup my water bottle from the ground and stated that I needed a second because I am dizzy, and the nurse replied since when can t you bend down and pick up a water bottle!? Hmm? You walked perfectly in the restroom. Do you just want me to throw the water bottle away?
When rolled to a bed, she said to the doctor that he s perfectly fine to get in the bed himself. He doesn t need help because I saw him walk earlier. Absolutely neglecting that I was getting more lightheaded and in pain.
Disgusting, gross, and hateful experience.
