I had an experience that left much to be desired. The communication felt lacking. responses were slow and often unclear. 📉 I expected more guidance throughout the process but found myself feeling lost at times. It's important to have a strong connection when dealing with legal matters, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. 🕰️ I hope they can improve in the future.
