Beware of Elder Solutions Law Firm and Yoni Markhoff

My family hired Yoni Markhoff at Elder Solutions Law Firm in March 2023 to assist my 90-year-old father with Medicaid qualification. We paid $6,500 upfront, but after that, the experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Mr. Markhoff became unresponsive after receiving payment, rarely returning our calls unless we used a different number. When we did speak with him, he repeatedly claimed he was working on the case and that approval was imminent. However, after over a year, we discovered through the Department of Elderly Affairs that nothing had ever been filed for my father.

This was a heartbreaking and costly lesson, as my father lost $6,500 of his savings with no results. I strongly advise others to avoid this law firm.
