First off I cannot thank Brandon and Jeff enough for all the good work they do! I got criminal speeding ticket back in September and I was searching for a law office that could help me out and right off the bat that caught my attention on their website was that Brandon was a former state trooper and his team were all former prosecutors and such which I thought could be helpful for my case and boy was I right! Soon as I got a hold of them they were quick to get to work and they are fantastic on keeping you up to date on your case, always answer whenever you call them or get back to ASAP if they can t get to the phone at the moment! I was visiting my sister back in November in Arizona and discovered that her health was failing and she was in poor health and no longer capable of living on her own. . As we know, these facilities are very expensive and I new that money would not lastvery long for her much needed care. I needed some advice and professional help on how to get her accepted on the states ALTCS program which is Arizona's Long Term care System. This application can be a very difficult and a time consuming task with out the proper guidance to meet there financial and medical requirements to be accepted.
Upon recommendation by two people from the area I hired the Law Offices of Brandon White in Phoenix. This was only after I had spoken to a couple other law firms who made me very uncomfortable with open ended fees along with a large up front retainer. They offered me very little advice over the phone and seemed more concerned about signing a contract before even getting together.
At my first meeting with Brandon at his office he made me comfortable right with his down to earth demeanor and patience as I explained what I needed. He also took the time to explain the application process, the steps required to get this approved and how we would be working together to get this accomplished. This process can take a few months and to my delight he was able to get her accepted onto the program. The state is very strict about the requirements and the guide lines for acceptance.
His staff was always professional in the way they took my calls, listened patiently, answered my emails and gave me very timely updates on the progress. I would highly recommend Brandon White and his staff.
This was a positive experience for me at a very fair price.

Awful experience..... after agreeing to take my case Brandon White abandoned me on a Friday afternoon when my court date was the following Tuesday. I was on the way to the hospital when he told me to call the courts for an extension. I don't have my ticket with me as I had already sent it to Brandin White. I ended up in the Mayo Clinic for 8 days I have been released from Mayo and now need to travel out of state the for further treatment. My traffic ticket is still unresolved and my license is still suspended. I had the cash to pay him but no way to do it on line so he bailed on me. I still have cash need an attorney I have a speech impediment and I m fight for my life with a car I can t drive because of this unfortunate experience.

I felt so funny about keeping this firm going to trial and the result was what initially suspected guilty for such a simple traffic infractions they couldn't even get it dismissed or reduced for a professional truck driver. waste of time and money. And their excuse was you can't win them all. If a well-known Law Firm can't even get a traffic infraction reduced for professional truck driver I feel sorry for some of those ppl with serious crimes like jaywalking. Never again because you spend all this money through the justice system when in actuality your chances are probably higher defending yourself in court. Steve Bonaguidi was my lawyer from this firm. He gets a 10 out of 10. Steve got my civil speeding ticket reduced to a non moving violation. The whole process of how this firm handled my case was outstanding. There flat fee wasn't cheap but was well worth it. I can't thank them enough.
I am from Syracuse, NY and got a speeding ticket while traveling from LV to the Grand Canyon. It's not like the 90's where you can go a hundred miles an hour through the desert. The trooper was kind and reduced it to only 85mph. The fine was $225. I plead not responsible and the White firm handled it from there.

I can t say enough wonderful things about Jeff Kerr.. he took so much time to help us with our recent issue with adot. They recently updated their system, in doing so they sent out letters to cdl drivers saying their licenses were revoked. My son was lucky enough to get 5 of these letters. In a panic I called him and hired him on the spot. Paid him the down payment he asked for, no questions asked he seemed to know his stuff. He spent hours talking us through the options. The next day when we called the dmv we found out it was a giant glitch in the system. Jeff refunded me completely and still offered to call the hearing board to be sure the matter was completely resolved.
