We began using one of Lavi Industries products (QTracVR virtual queueing) a month ago and both staff and management could not be more pleased. The service we have received from Lavi Industries has been consistently prompt, professional, and courteous and the product itself is very well polished. They got to know us, making us feel like a priority from day one, and worked with us to come up with customization that would fit our needs. Even though we were constantly changing our minds about what we wanted, Lavi Industries continued (and continues) to be extremely accommodating, always willing to troubleshoot and help us figure out how we could solve hurdles rather than just saying 'well, we don't do xyz'. Their prices are competitive with other virtual queue systems we have looked into, and they offer excellent value for the cost. It is easy to get ahold of support to make adjustments to our settings (lots of customization available - color coding, specifying different categories to sort your queue entries, etc., and I can't think of a single time that support has not responded within an hour of me emailing them - usually it is closer to five minutes). They also have a phone number you can call to reach support directly (for more urgent issues). I really cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received from this company.

Lavi industries might be a good company but they use a company to manufacture there products that is owned and run by THIEVES the Thieves at "Steves Plating " please do not buy anything from a company that has their products manufacturered at a company like this. ..

bad etiquettes, terrible service, and unreasonable policies. The employees on the floor are unhappy, and the workplace was often unsafe.
