Terrible staff, customer service and products. Don t waste your time here.

The worst experience ever. I had two large jobs and more to come. The jobs were not done on time. Half the order was unusable. Couldn't get emails or phone calls returned. I have no idea how they stay in business. If I could leave no stars I would on this company. Beware!

They have so many amazing products and their customer service is awesome!! Great low prices!!

First time using this company and so far so good. Ordered sublimation lighters and received my complete order within 3 days. Perfect.. Will continue to do business with this company. LRI owner Cary Green is a con artist. Constant over-promising and only cares about his bottom-line. His offices are a shell of a dilapidated warehouse and his print quality suffers due to lack of cleanliness and untrained staff. If you want to get bottom-dollar for bottom-quality, LRI might be for you. If you re looking for a local business that cares about itself, it s community, it s employees, and it s customers, LRI is DEFINITELY not the place to go.

Truly a one-stop-shop and they always have unique new products as well as all the best selling products too! Plus they are located in the Chicago area which makes shipping (or pickup) so easy. I honestly don't know what I would do without them!!!
