Went purely on the wall. My daughter is 7 she loved it and had lots of fun trying the new levels

Its OK but allowed far to many people in, it wasnt possible to enjoy as much as if it had been quiet

Can't even begin to tell you the fun to be had here. We came as a large group. Staff carefully went through everything and didn't rush. Its really good for a large group as you can team up against each other. They have a party room and provide a basic menu. The rock climbing had us in stitches.

A great way to kill half an hour, kids will have a blast!..

Great play area for kids party. But the place where kids have there after play food is dark and small. Staff is very comfortable with kids.

Where do I start!
The customer service here is absolutely disgusting. If you're going to work at a place where children will be attending and have no communication skills with children then go get another job. I went with my 5 year old brother who was extremely excited and several members of staff were being extremely rude to him and he went home very upset because he had to wait over an hour for the rock climbing area because the staff was too distracted with the overgrown adults on the rockclimbing activity! Out of all of the staff only one member of the staff was being very polite. Definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it either too many restrictions and your children might get pushed over by overgrown adults excited to play on children's activities.

None of our laser quest packs worked. All four of me and my friends spent the entire of the game unable to shoot with the guns powering down every two mins.

The staff were nice and there was little to complain about as the other team was a mum and a toddler, but it's disappointing to spend money on essentially a complete dud.

I booked the party package for my son and 11 of his friends on Saturday 7th March 2015 (they were aged between 9 and 11) The service we received was fabulous, particularly the party host. I was extremely impressed by the organisation, and also of the way the kids were dealt with - they all felt special and had an amazing time. I would certainly recommend this party package to anybody out there.

Love this laser game, the best one I have ever been too. I go there regularly and I always love it. The maze on the bottom floor is easy to get lost in but also easy to sneak attack other players. The 1st floor can be used as a sniping floor to shoot the players on the bottom. Last time I went there we absolutely crush the opposite team.

Good event for kids parties. Be aware that if you are the only adult with a load of little ones they will zap you all the time over the barriers which they can easily hide behind...

baby area very good only downfall is you cant take own food and its quite expencive to eat there

Go with friends, for cheaper at morning mayhem from Monday to Friday

Great fun, each session is long enough that your getting good value for money whilst short enough that you won't get bored or tired.

My son went here for the 1st time last night he loved it and the girl was really friendly too be vistibg again next wk for my son and his friends well worth the money

My boys love it here. Staff are always friendly and it's big enough to enjoy a good game.

Fab experience for my daughters birthday and the staff went above and beyond when my daughter dropped some of her birthday money whilst inside to reunite it!

It was good, it's right next to where Odeon cinema is. Next door to it has the indoor Golf. Rock climbing could've been better as it's just a small machine for one person to climb on. Decent size room. You get a certificate to take home after the session.

Loved it great place to go a good day out with family

I have been here many times with my son as well as with a group of children on the autistic spectrum and I can't praise the staff and customer service enough. This is a fun activity which is explained well before kitting up and going in. I was relieved to find that the harness that you wear is fully adjustable to small children and larger adult tummies! I'd say that you really need to be at least about 7 to get the most out of this. You can book online but we usually just turn up and never had a problem getting into the next group. Great value for money, good exercise and a laugh.

Booked for my son's birthday and he loved it. There were 4 of us and we had fun. I did find it on the small side you run out of space to hide and shoot quite quickly. Will try the larger venue one next time.
