Love this place, love the staff. I would give 10 Stars if I could.

Love that potluck and those crab races! Tim and his team are awesome and it is amazing how many people that come love it so much they have been bringing their families for 20+ years!

We have stayed at Las Olas for 3 years in a row. It is older but kept up and updated. New carpet last time and this time newly updated bathrooms. Very spacious. The larger end units are even more spacious but only downfall is you lose the master bedroom view of ocean. The management takes good care of outside and inside. Its a great place to vacation!

We enjoyed our stay! What a beautiful view. Clean pool. Games and activities to create a community feel during your stay. Can t wait to visit again.

Our group stayed here for a baseball tournament and Suzanne was amazing!

Suite was spacious comfortable clean and we'll appointed. The view is fabulous..bit of construction going on but it's the season for that and it's good to know the place is being looked after. Staff are helpful and pleasant to work with. Not a high end facility but what they have is very adequate and in good repair I would come back in a heart beat.

Always friendly staff! A great place for a wonderful vacation quiet beach looking at the Ocean. Beautiful ,spacious well kept 2 bedrooms 2 baths large condos, we love it !

Place was roomy. Direct beach access. Some events hosted by the management for entertainment. A pop up cash only tiki bar. Some construction was happening on the pool deck while we were there that distracted from the ambiance.

From check in to the time we checked out this place was at the top of their game for activities, friendliness, and great tooms. My plans are to go back every year. The manager and staff earned 5 stars.

As RCI members, we traded in for a week to Las Olas here and loved it. That was 10 years ago and we have never traded out since. This is exceptionally well managed and maintained, has been upgraded and modernized and of course you can't beat the beach location. It's almost always sold out and very few units are ever available for sale, so there's never any annoying sales pitch as so many time share resorts have.

Cleanest, neatest, most updated timeshare we've been to. Outstanding attention from staff.

We were not checking in until Saturday but took a chance and came in on Friday before we found a hotel room somewhere nearby. The staff at the front desk,Chris, was great. They accommodated us and even were able to put us in the condo we were going into on Saturday so no moving. It was $125. dollars for the extra night.could not have asked for a better solution.what a great start to our stay with this resort.

Well maintained condominiums that offer weekly rentals. Located right on the beach. Heated pool, spa, and organized activities by the attentive staff. This is a great spot to watch rocket launches, also.

We go every year and stay in room 506, top floor, 2 miles South of Satelite High School. I always have a great weekend, we ended up renting it for 2 weeks in a row. Very respectful people, well maintained rooms and pool area, and a great enviroment to go do vacation activities, including golfing, movies, plenty of resturants and of course the beach!! Would recommend to everyone.

The view and nearby beach is and pool are the reason I come here

The Thursday Night Comedy Magic Show is absolutely fantastic. Michael Van Ness is a fantastically funny, professional entertainer.

Best run, most comfortable of any of the RCI exchanges I've been to.
