I was skeptical about going to another car lot but my sister got her car from the dealership on Coors and she had problems with her sales person. I was in need a of a car so I did my application and David called me back on the car lot on lomas. He was very nice I brought what I needed in. Long story short I walked out with a car and a week later I'm bringing it back because of the finance company they put me thru couldn't verify my employment thru a land-line and my employer verified three different times. Y'all should never have customers sign a contract only to have the finance company deny it. I'm so disappointed. The people that helped were really nice but I'm outta a car SMH.
I have had to repair my 2007 Sonata a few times lately, (for a broken regulator-on both rear windows and just a few days ago, with a oil valve control for both exhaust and intake) with as many miles on it, I guess that is part of the issue. Anyway, for the times I have brought it in, both Shawn and Tara have been great with me-polite, friendly and understanding of expense concerns. I have not had experience with other service reps as much as these two but I would have to say they are good at explaining what is wrong, and detailing costs. For those two service reps, I would say it is worth it to go to this particular Hyundai. I also want to mention that the Courtesy drivers (the two guys who are both named Jose) are great-polite friendly and safe. I am a little hesitant to give 5 stars due to the succession of issues I have been having with this vehicle lately. Its been a good car but once I hit 100k things have been breaking down it seems and I feel that Hyundais should be a bit more dependable.

I called ahead of time to see if there was a long wait to get an oil change and tire rotation. I've now been waiting for over 2 hours with little information given to me at this point. I see several of the employees standing around and socializing which is very frustrating when you've been waiting patiently for hours.

The service department here is the worst possible. Never have your maintenance done at this dealership. They are half fast, and unwilling to help with anything possible. My clutch had gone out and I had taken my car to go get a diagnosis. They did tell me that the clutch was in rough condition but everything else (slave cylinder, master cylinder) was in good condition. At the time I didn't have nearly $1000 to have them install the clutch so I told them I would be going to get the car. The service Advisor at the time Chris Cleveland asked if I wanted the serivice tech to leave out the transmission for when I picked it up and I told him yes that would be perfect so it would be less work on me and my mechanic. I had suspicions on if they could actually do that but Chris reassured me it could be done. The day before I went to go pick up the car I had called and I had spoken to Shawn. I asked him if the transmission was still out and he said it was. I told him I would be there in the morning with my towing company to pick the car up. The next morning when I got there and spoken with Shawn he had let me know that they went ahead and put the transmission back in. When he told me this I didn't say anything but had thoughts in the back of my mind if everything was done properly when they put the car back in. I got the car to my mechanic and we started working on the car right away. We were taking the transmission off when we noticed the slave cylinder was not even connected to the master cylinder so that raised an eyebrow but we didn't worry about anything until we had the tranny off. As soon as we got the transmission off and placed it on the jack. The slave cylinder comes dangling down with the transmission. I called the dealership right away and spoke to the manager James who was already in the mindset of not helping me out. Was super unprofessional and literally told me I broke the slave cylinder while towing it??? Like what? There's no way that the slave cylinder breaks while being towed by a towing truck. James began to tell me that he was not going to help and by the end of the conversation wasn't even letting me talk. Me myself being a general manager of a place thought this to be super disrespectful and super unhelpful. After all isn't that what's he's there for. I will not return to this dealership as far as the service department goes. They are the most half Fast technicians led by the worst manager I've seen in a dealership. I seriously hope they get their act together. Still fighting with corporate to make this right when I shouldn't even have to in the first place is very frustrating
Love my santa fe. But had to come back and sign a few things and add a few things. But staff is friendly. I hope Nathan is still there. Ask for him if you can.
I appreciated the patience of the staff at Southwest Hyundai while answering all my questions during the process of deciding which model I wanted to purchase. They made it very easy to do so and I'm very happy with my decision. Debbie was especially helpful and made it a great experience.

I am somewhat disappointed. I expected enthusiasts diagnose. Shawn was not able to diagnose the problem without doing a "mechanics analysis" therefore having to charge me $125.00, just to drive the car.
I have had trouble with this dealership's service in the past. Trying to repeat service that they had already done a few month's ago. I think they are under new management, as my most recent experience was excellent. During this pandemic, they came and picked up my car. I left it unlocked with the key fob in it right before the driver came. He took the car. Had an efficient and quick oil change and service check. Just needed 2 filters. The service rep called me promptly and was professional. Car was dropped off in my driveway before I knew it. The driver was wearing a mask both times- bonus points.
I went in for an oil change. They hooked me up with the package of 3 oil changes, 3 car washes and tire rotations for $75 which won't be at that price in November. I also had a bunch of recalls out on my year of vehicle so they went ahead and took care of all that for me, plus a free oil change. Took about 4 hours for everything but I'm very thankful they took care of me.
Great place to buy a car. None of the salesman are pushy. They just want to make sure you have a great car buying experience.
The experience I had at LMH was like a blind date that started out great but eventually fell down hill after the other party lied about their appearance. They were great at calling and making sure that I was coming on our first date . However , my hopes went to hell after the monthly payment kept going up and up . Until finally I decided to part ways is when they wanted to be honest . 4 hours later and I was the proud owner of buyers remorse. After all the back and forth we decided to part ways amicably. My suggestion, don t fall for the sexy voice and endless deception . The truth hurts LMH

Farah is well schooled and skillful at navigating her way around the Miller operation. She knows and seems to have a handle on who and how the team works and can best be accessed to get answers and produce results. We had (both my wife and I) several issues that needed attention in recent weeks and in ALL cases we witnessed top notch attention to the details and how best to obtain resolution.
Our salesman "SK" and the service person, Tara were BOTH also quite helpful and we were most satisfied with his/her professional manner, as well!!
I booked my appointment for an oil change today, 1/21/17. My appt was at 1:30, I arrived at 1:10 with one MAYBE two people ahead of me and even people that came in after me, are already gone. It is now 2:37 PM and I'm still sitting here waiting on my vehicle. I was informed by Chris Brown that some of the techs had left early for the day however as a customer that is not my problem, Christopher did offer a free full detail the next time I came in. Though I may just go to the Coors location from now on.
I did not end up leaving until 2:55 p.m.

I went there last time for my oil change it s took for ever about 4 hours and finally they send me home with their driver. And they didn t call me then I called them around 4pm or 4:30 then they said you car will ready about half hour.

This is our 4th new Hyundai (other 3 were purchased at Coors location), thought we would do business with the Lomas location-big mistake. We traded in a 2015 Sonata Limited for a 2019 Sonata SEL. We were told that it had all of the same features, except moon roof and turbo. After we purchased car we realized it had many of the safety features missing and the Home Link Mirror. We had serious problems with the finance mgr, he added items that we had refused, had to make 2 trips back to correct (he did not even give us paper work). Went back to see if they would work with us on installing a Home Link Mirror (spoke to Ray and Sam) but no one seemed to care once they got our money. All we wanted was a fair price to install a Home Link Mirror. We are in our 70's and have always believed people were trustworthy, but this company seems to not care about their long time customers. Very sad to deal with people that don't care.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Overall, the experience was on par with what I expected. Negotiating the right price, finding a happy medium, completing the transaction...etc. Seth was able to help me out throughout. It took a few tries but I was finally able to get a new car at the price I wanted. He was helpful and patient. Kudos to him.
Also, Vicente in finance was able to help me out with the right financing. What I was already pre-approved from with my bank was far too high. He was able to get me financing at a better rate elsewhere. And when that bank came back and wanted more, he was able to find another that honored the initial APR. That type of service is greatly appreciated.

I have worked with this dealership in the past with great success. However, this most recent iteration has left much to be desired. After buying 2 cars from them in 2015 I returned to buy a new 2020 Sonata. Buying the fully kitted model with all options along with all of the accessories the knowledge of the staff regarding the car was simply sub-par. Many of the features they simply did not understand or were just flat out wrong without providing further information. (after multiple requests)
After an incident with the car that left two blown tires I was informed by the dealership that I had opted out of the tire and wheel warranty. This was simply a bold-faced lie. I was never offered it and when I requested it following the incident I was told nothing could be done.
The purchase was also flawed in this case as I still have not received my final paperwork after 3 requests. Their staff quite simply lacks the understanding of their new vehicles or how to properly inform their customers of the necessary details prior to a 30,000+ purchase.
The car in and of itself is a great vehicle, and the ability for them to come to my house during COVID-19 was very helpful rather than not have a car are all. They are just behind then power curve their new cars and their follow-up is severely lacking unless it is to their benefit. I will followup with Hyundai Corporate to elevate my concerns.

Sold my daughter a 20000.00 car at 27% intrest and wouldn't work with us to get her into a better vehicle after she made 4 years of high payments and her credit score was up 100 points and she has paid 29000.00 already and still owes 20000.00.!!????
Worst customer service ever. Even after I sold my vehicle, they continue to harass me. 5 years this has been going on. I have asked them to stop calling, emailing and sending mail about a vehicle I haven t owned in all of this time.

A bunch of LIARS! Cost me lots in fees due to their empty promises and blatant lies. I like my hyundai, but even after I tried to work out my issues with them, the manager didn't even try to make it right. Flip said he'd get back to me, then ignored me. Made my car-buying experience horrible. The salesman was nice, courteous, but after the purchase was over, he was cursing and spitting around me. He lost all manners once the sale was made. The finance manager Brian Wiltgen must be a horrible person if he can manage to sleep at night. They will be nice to your face and then stab you in the back.

I purchased my Sonata here about 5 years ago. The service department has always been clear with what I need when I need it, saving me money in the long run. Jose s shuttle service saved me time. As well as Josh and Shawn! They always are personal.
Shawn and the Sales Department are Fantastic! I took my vehicle in for a recall and oil change. Shawn has been a great advocate between myself and the service team. He always communicates with me calmly, and gives me the whole story before I need to make a decision about anything. I never feel pressured like I often do in conversations with auto service providers. He is respectful and understanding. I recommend this service department highly.

First of all, a sales rep. drove clear to Estancia to pick me up. That's over 50 miles! Then he found a car in my budget range and promised me I'd drive it home, which I did. He bought me lunch, a diet coke, and worked all day without eating lunch just to help me get my car. The Finance guy also went out of his way to get me the best rate possible. I am very happy with my new car and with the service I received. This is my third Hyundai. Great little cars with good gas mileage.

I bought 2 vehicles from here. They ripped me and my boyfriend off. They said we would get cash if we referred someone. Never seen the cash. The managers stated there was nothing they can do. Then I spent over 300 dollars recently. I took my car back 3 times cause they didn't fix the problem then Mike said I will never be happy. Well it's people that don't know how to fix cars or service guys can't do their job. They took my money and they can't even apologize. They always say there is something wrong with my car and I took it in to other places and they say my car is ok. I check before giving these people your money.

As a first time buyer, I was unsure of what I needed in a car, and the people here were very helpful and answered all my questions. They did not pressure me into making a choice and were willing to show me few different cars before I made my decision. I was able to test drive two different cars without hearing the stats, or having to over compare number, which was great for me. When I did decide on a car, they were helpful in getting the interest rate down and giving me an amazing warranty. They did a wonderful job.

Service department can't get their stuff together. I prepaid oil changes with my cars. For over 2 years I've been bringing my cars in. They STILL can't get an oil change done in under 3 hours WITH an appointment... once my prepaid oil changes are done, they'll lose me as a customer for good.

This was the 3rd time taking my 2014 Hyundai Elantra to the Southwest Hyundai service center. It was time for an oil change and everything went smoothly. The service was fast and complete. No complaints whatsoever! Great value on top of that. I even got a coupon to get a free car wash as the weather was bad and they couldn't do it themselves. I will take my Elantra to Southwest Hyundai for all service needs!!!

My car wouldn't start so I had it towed to Larry Miller Southwest Hyundai. IT took awhile to fix it because they need to order some parts and it was a long weekend. They got it started and it is fixed but later on I will need to take it in to fix what is causing the dash board lights to be lit.
We habe been going to sw Hyundai for years. Workers in the service department lik e shawn keep us coming back . He's very personable, knowledgeable and is always willing to go the extra mile to help any way he can with workers like him we will keep getting more vehicles from Hyundai for years to come.
If I could give a -100 I would. My husband and I bought a brand new car from Deb (1st mistake). 2 days after the purchase my son got a flat tire, the folowing day my son took his car to 2 local tire shops, both of who said it was a manufacturer malfunction and the tire beading came separated from under the rim. I called Deb, who was not happy to hear from me.
When I told her our issue she said she would call back with some sort of help. 3 hours went by with no return call. In the mean time my son went and has his tire replaced. Deb then called my husband and told him they needed to see the tire. Go figure, we are in Santa Fe and the tire has already been replaced. Two days after the flat tire I walk outside and find oil marks on my driveway I then called my husband to call Deb, because she won't return my calls or text messages at this point because it's obvious she would rather deal with a male. She then transferred my husband to a service employee named Jared. Jared was also not helpful and rude. The next day I drove up to this location and spoke with a GM (he had an accent, blue eyes, thin). They told me I needed go take the car into the service department where I met Deb and Jared. Jared took the car and the tire back and an hour later brought the car back to me and tells me the rim is bent and there is now a puncture mark on the wall of the tire that was not there the previous night as my husband and I inspected the tire. JARED punctured a hole in the sidewall of the tire with a screwdriver or knife so that it looked like my son ran over something. He tries to give me some BS excuse about the oil leak and said they fixed it.
THIS PLACE IS FILLED WITH SLITHERY SNEAKY ROTTEN SNAKES!!!!! FROM THE GM RIGHT DOWN TO THE SERVICE GUY. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. DO NOT DEAL WITH DEB.
Update: 3 DAYS LATER. STILL LEAKING.

If you want a pleasurable experience with someone who lacks the demeanor of a "typical" salesman, this is your guy! Needed brakes repaired. Southwest inspected Thursday PM and scheduled work early Friday morning. Repairs were timely, quick and appear to be of high quality. Josh provided fantastic customer service. Southwest added courtesy car wash. Wasn't very good, but thought was nice. Some services a bit over market prices. Thank you!

Bought a brand new Sonata there, yesterday. The low key, low pressure sales tactics are great. I think the price to value on the Sonata is UNBEATABLE. They didn't try to upsale me, put me in another car, or anything like that. The warranty blew my mind. It was the best experience I have ever had with any dealership, period. I really believe that they will continue to be a 5 star outfit throughout my ownership experience. I am encouraging my family members to take a long look at Hyundai for their next vehicles. Pushy salespeople. Can't accept no for an answer. Was told that 24k was the best price but got them down to 20k. Wow a 4k difference but that was the lowest they could go.. don't even get me started on service.
