Nice people working here fast making the food great food at this one

Was on my lunch break called my order in it was ready sooner than the call center said hot fresh and delish...great group of friendly people took care of me I will be back

Not normal service but very disappointed. Crust so hard we couldn't chew! Bacon was burnt beyond.... i'm a fan of almost burnt bacon but this was horrible. I don't think I tasted mushrooms or onions more cheese, just brick hard crust covered in bacon.
All this after a bad customer svc order taker via the phone. When I asked what locations were still open she sounded agitated. I asked for a supervisor, she said ok then disconnected me.
I mday need to let LaRosa's rest for a while!! The prices are higher than any other pizza place in the area so I definitely don't expect all this poor svc c

There was not enough cheese on the cheese pizzas but the pizzas were good

Its awesome but i will only order my chicken ziti when donta i think that's how you spell it but when he is cooking eveeytime my meal has been absolutely amazing!!! Thank you so much for the care you put into your cooking which makes it so amazing!!!

Customer service is very excellent! Staff was nice and friendly! I picked up my order and they took that extra mile by bringing my order outside to me! Definitely worth the visit! Will recommend.

Tasty garlic wings and garlic fries. Would give 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the fries were swimming in melted butter(?) Grease(?) Same with the wings. Stopped up the oily stuff as best as I could with a paper towel. The flavor is outstanding but the oily stuff made the French fries a bit mushy instead of nice and crisp. The smashed cannoli was excellent. I think I'll stick with the pasta next time.

Very friendly & patient with my ordering. The young lady actually carried my food around the counter and opened the door for me! Very sweet.

The meat taste old and the pizza was cold !!! Never again #REALTALK . Never SUCH bad service and it makes me think it's because where they delivered it but it's all good !!! Like i said NEVER AGAIN

I LOVE the food and customer service. The experience is the best!!! If I'm having a bad day I go there because of the positive attitude! The way the food is prepared and taste is making my mouth water up!!! I love and adore the Queensgate location!! They are the best! They care and appreciate every customer!!! They ROCK! Plus if you have food allergies, customer service and supervisor can update your phone number in there system and every time you call it'll be routed correctly to a supervisor to process your order for your food allergies!! I love Larosa pizza and the Queensgate location, I had to say it twice!!

By far the best pizza in Cincinnati. It is expensive, but worth it on occasion. Hoagies and calzones are great as well.

Well I was really looking forward to it today but it wasn't that great maybe next time.

Walked in not knowing what I wanted the young lady who runs front counter was very respectful and kind willing to help with any situation to make sure what i was ordering was correct the way I wanted it to be the staff in general is amazing showing great costumer service and accurate time of food to be cooked and out to you. Thank you for making the visit well worth the trip

First, you cannot eat inside this place.

This crust was mushy and sauce tasted like dillarstore quality. Just horrible quality ingredients. Tasteless cheese although it was good cheese coverage.

No vegan options on the menu, but they were friendly and happily made me a calzone with no cheese, banana peppers, pineapple, and pizza sauce.

This location has the friendliest staff. They greet customers by name,know their orders, get orders right, offer to check pizza in store, offer plates and napkins. By far best service for LaRosa's take out

I ordered three pizzas and the were good nice friendly customer service 8th street location.

I was skeptical of trying LaRosa's at first. I saw an empty parking lot and was wary. Let me tell you how wrong I was about LaRosa's. The food here is incredible. They have a huge variety of foods to serve. I was staying in Cincinnati for a while and was interested to try some local businesses. The pizza is made with such care and tastes amazing. There's a great ratio to sauce, crust, and cheese. I recommend trying the traditional crust on your pizzas. It is to die for. I also got the wings and the meat & cheese lasagna. I have no complaints. The food is fresh, tasty, and great. Will definitely be stopping by this LaRosa's the next time I'm in Cincinnati.

We often order when we don't feel like cooking and the kids love pizza

Stop in LaRosa's in Queensgate February 27,2020 around 3:47pm for a steak hoagie and cheese fries. The gentleman working the grill make the best hot hoagie and hot cheese fries for my order. Bought me my order was very polite and courteous and Thanks me for waiting. Please when picking up or ordering from Queensgate LaRosa's look for a middle aged African American Male working the grill you will be getting the best service and hot food.
