You usually have a line to wait in, but it is definitely worth the wait. The staff there is always very friendly no matter how busy they are.

I had a roach in my boneless wings. And Alex did not want to refund my money. Alex and Aron should be fired he let me return the horribly made pie pizza and boneless wings with a whole roach in it. AMD did not offer me a credit or my refund and the food was not even touched

Good LARGE pizza slices, use to be better though from the years I ve been coming to it. Prices went up a lot as well.

two days ago was our first time we visited this excellent restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We had great time with the good service, with the first-rate meal and booze and with the friendly price. We will definitely come back in a short time.

The crust was done. But y cant the cheese stay on the pizza. And cut the pizza better. Other wise it was good.

Morgan is a great manager with a great team my food is always HOT when I get it.

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted. Also, I was genuinely asked how my night was going and we conversed until I received my pick up order. I NEVER had negative experiences with this LaRosa's location. Probably the most consistent customer satisfaction in the area honestly. Keep it up y'all. I appreciate it.

My food was never delivered to me
And I wasn t able to get refund or my order. Highly unappreciated

Ordered a 3 pizza deal and got a 4th half eaten pizza with them,I have eaten larosas my whole life,and I was so dissapointed,sad this was overlooked,major turn off

They always mess the food up but its still larosa so i gave them 2 stars.

My hoagie was nasty and it didn't taste good. Plus the food was cold. Not happy with this location.

I know that the cashiers have to deal with a lot of things in that area but they're always here friendly and welcoming my order is always prepared for me quicker than anticipated which is great

Burn My Pizza and still didnt remake it. And I'm disappointed my wings had no sauce on them and I live in West Chester so I had to drive all the way back to Larosas in Price hill cause I work on W Liberty st.
And Alex still said no you can not get a credit and the food hadn't even been touched. Wow!! Why do this to the Cincinnati People

Queensgate location serves very good food. Alwsys quality and awesome customer service! I have to say one of the best LaRosa Pizza.

This larosas is alright. I had some problems with food that was delivered from here. I suggest carry out.

The place is nice and roomy, the menu was yummy and the prices were very affordable. quick, efficient service and very attentive staff members. Recommended.

Worst food that I have ever ordered from LaRosa's. Night manager was very rude and disrespectful. I will never use this store again. Maybe they need to take a customer service class and try to be friendlier. Would not recommend this store....

Friendly and delicious!! I asked for my pizza to be cut in squares,it wasnt. But it was still Great!!

Pizza comes out very quickly and delicious.I get the meat lovers Every time.The cheese pizza, sausage are so delicious and crust is perfectly crispy with a very nice crunch.

We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 calzones and all 4 were very undercooked. The pizza crust was a little cooked around the edges but the rest was just dough that appeared as though it was never in the oven. We order from LaRosa's quite a bit but only a couple of times from this location. We've never had problems with the quality of our food except both times we went to the price hill location.

Worst place to order food ever. The food is never made right and managers are rude and disrespectful. They blame their crappy food on customers. If it's not made right the customer is obviously going to be mad and want the problem fixed. Doesn't take rocket science to make a pizza.

Loved it! The pizza, and hoagies were great. The prices are a little high so I don't go there as much as I would like to. Wish they had some different and better deals.

Not the best pizza I got from this store. I started going to this store because the MT. Alverno store has gone down hill. I guess I will just go to Jim and Jack's for my pizza from here on out!

This 3rd time paying with my order i pay $18 dollar for midiem pizza they send me with out any toping cheese only I call to the manger he's we will send you anther pizza I sey ok 2nd pizza is coming and I open in front of the divers it is they send me with one topin cheese and check take back or putt in garbage I didn't want b/c I for 4 topin the one take the order on phone so stupid they mis with Peaple money

I have had the worst experience with these folks for a long time and thats why i stop ordering from them....and they dont what to refund my money after i didnt receive my order at all....not once but twice and the first order they messed up...and thats why i have a credit that they dont want to refund....mind you havent ordered in a yaer because of this mess

This place is by far one of the worst pizza places I've ever been. There is a tall dork with glasses that "manages" (if you can even call it that) there named Jacob Brungs and the dude couldn't tie his shoes let alone make food.

The food is consistently well prepared and tasty, cashiers gives excellent customer service. I loved the cleanliness and vibes. Would recommend to others.

This is absolutely one of the finest place to eat in the area. Always when I go there I am absolutely satisfied. They always keep their high standard service and the topmost level of cooking they serve. You always win with this restaurant. Very recommended.

I can't give him a right right now cuz they food be messed up half of the time they don't cook it right they need better people and they're messing around with people food because that's how people get sick and have bacteria I had got sick from this place one time and I went ever eat from there again

One of the best locations in Cincinnati sits in Price Hill believe it or not! The driver's are all respectful and fast. The food is always great and haven't had a problem thus far out of this particular location and I've dealt with them for many years now.

Wow we ve never had such bad service from LaRosa s until we ordered from the price hill store they wings were burned and we supposedly had them remade and they were burned again so we had to take credit to order at the Boudinot store. Then the next day we ordered from them again only to have our pizza with pineapple when no where in our order said pineapple never again

The delivery driver was awful. Cops had to come he was so awful. Women be careful getting your pizza alone.

Tried their custom pizza for the first time, no words can describe how amazing it is. Also ordered the pepperoni rondos and brownies. Make sure you have your crust buttered.

They deep dish sausage and cheese pizza is delicious and their chicken salad is the best!!
