Not what they seem to be, gated but gates are usually left open or broke or don't work when it rains, lots of rude people and not pet friendly like they say they are. There is no dog park like we were told when we moved in.....and fyi, we have assigned parking spots so parking permits are a joke, change the parking permit only spots back to visitors spots and there is no need for parking permits, tickets, or towing of anyone's car. selling parking permits when it's not needed is just greedy, drunks falling off their bikes, rude neighbors that can't say hello, wasting money on new speed bumps, 10167 apt 104 is a trap house, tweakers everywhere

2 bedrooom, 2 bath with a water view, just love it here.

Absolutely the best place I have ever lived in! It's a great bang for your buck, one of the cheapest you will find around yet the quality, the community at large, friendly people, how are centrally located to everything, at the heart of downtown makes it worthwhile. Being super friendly was a must have for me and that they are! Having one of the nicest apartments there, overlooking city place and down town probably adds to why i'm so happy...maybe a little:)

Great location. Nice 2 bed, 2 bath living with amenities.

Great little community. Landscaping and maintenance is awesome. The units themselves are all configured nicely, with great views and access to the pool. Perfect dog walk area, and pathways to the dock and view of Lake Seminole.

Grounds very well kept , people very friendly , pool and pool area always a mess , got rules yet nobody around to enforce on Fri , Sat , Sun or evenings when pool and hot tub are used the most .....
