The place is really clean and grand. The place is well maintained. The seating as well as the architecture is top notch. This property is a gift of Peoples Republic of China. The first nationalized bus is available at the propert. The museum is situated in the property itself. Ample parking is available at the property.

One of the most recognized venues in the whole country for conferences, exhibitions, meeting etc. The BMICH compound has the BMICH conference hall that can hold more than 1000 people with all modern facilities. The Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Center inside the BMICH compound for holding exhibitions and such. There are many office spaces, meeting rooms also in the compund. The Bandaranaike Center for International Studies is also located within the compound.

Notice there's security area but inside view are amazing. Clean and spacious intl meeting venues.
