Very responsive service who not only responded and arranged an interpreter within 24 hours, but also accommodated their service according to the needs of my client's. They were happy to meet our requests and are always on time. Their interpreters have been very skilled in communicating with people with additional needs such as people living with dementia, people with a learning disability, etc. I have recommended this interpreting service to my colleagues and now our company widely and predominantly use this service due to the standard of services provided.
