A lot of amenities in here. Total Fitness upstairs is a great gym.

Great Staffs ! Very clean facility, changing rooms and washrooms very clean and sanitized. Highly recommended for kids and adults # skating # hockey.

We rent the ice every week and play with a group of guys. I needed to buy some stick tape so I went to the shop they had open and bought a roll. Tape usually doesn t fail, but for some reason the roll I had would not stick and kept falling off. No big deal, thought I could just go back and get a new roll since it s only 10$. Nope, I asked the staff if I could get a refund or a new roll since the tape I bought only an hour earlier at not lasted through my game. They said they couldn t do anything and tape is tape. Not great customer service, and the two younger guys that worked there were not helpful at all. Would not recommend

Been a customer here for a long time, some of my friends have even longer. We've had a morning ice time here as long as I can remember plus some. Two years ago we started booking a monday evening game through the summer time (10 ice times or so each summer) and have held a time slot that we like, and we've been flexible with Tracey to have it an hour or 2 earlier or later than normal many times without complaint. Tracey calls us this winter and says that she wants to start booking our summer game now rather than in the early spring like usual so she can confirm a spot earlier for us, and we thought that was great! However she goes on to tell us that she won't be giving us our prefered ice times this year because we are not important enough compared to other clients and proceeds to tell us she will only give us 9:30 ice times instead of our usual ice times that range from 6:30-7:30 which is just too late for us. She ignored our emails for a couple weeks when we tried to work something out with her and is just throwing us away as unimportant customers and just giving our ice times away despite the fact that we have held the same slot for 2 years and the same morning spot for 10+ years. All in all very unprofessional and a horrible way to treat regular customers, I would not recommend booking ice here.

This is a good to great place for skating. The complaints about the parking are warranted, but surely economically undoable to fix. Ice is fine. Prices are reasonable. I wish they had more public skates, but scarcity is probably due to popularity. Kids place gets thumbs up from my little ones.

I cannot recommend this place. To start with, parking is a nightmare. When inside, you first pay to enter the skating rink, but you can't rent skates from the rink, instead going to an entirely separate business for rentals. The price goes to more than double the cost of other rinks (such as Planet Ice) and the rental stock is poor. When I went, it was not at all busy, yet they had run out of all skates larger than size 7.
The staff were apologetic, and a refund was easy, but it was a poor experience. Two lines to stand in, 2 things to pay for, and they don't even have enough skates to supply their customers. If you already own skates, or fancy paying double price, it may be alright, but for a casual skater I would warn against it.

I m not sure who s in charge besides a couple of teenagers or who does the interviews for their customer service desk but when I was in this faculty I seen a large lack of discipline. After being interviewed and asked questions that don t apply to the position I had the pleasure of multiple staff members walking in abruptly during the interview. This was the most unprofessional interview I ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing for a job I didn t even need. I was just looking to fill some hours but by wasting my time you showed me I wasn t missing out on anything the business had to offer. Oh and the staff say the worst thing about working there is the hockey parents . Great to know the staff support the main revenue of the industry.

My son practice hockey here One of the best facility for kids and adults very well maintained , Showers and Washrooms very clean unlike other recreational facilities. Highly recommended!!

Feels dated but so does a lot of stuff. Nice staff.
