Completely unprofessional. Setting up an appointment was hard enough, getting someone to contact me back. When I finally talked to someone, my appointment was cancelled 1 hour before and rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Finally came in and after the consultation was told I would be contacted the following day about payment options. I was never called. I waited a few days then called back, no one answered. Left voicemails, emails, no response. I was completely ignored and my lawyer never responded to me again after weeks of trying to make contact. They cost me an easy win. Thanks for nothing.
