I have bought numerous vehicles over the years and bar none this was one of the easiest. I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff. Very straight forward, with no stereotype antics or run around. He didn't have a close enough configuration I was looking for so he suggested I order one. No chip shortage at the time of order, but one developed. Took 7 months to arrive, but Jeff called me every week with status. I do not hold him responsible for the delay, it's just what is in these times. A sincere THANK YOU Jeff !

Jim in sales was great. He was low pressure and helped me find the truck of my dreams. He was knowledgeable on finite questions, answering them with certainty. The process was quick and simple. Will definitely recommend Landmark to friends and family.

D'Arcy and his team made buying a car a great experience! We needed something on short notice and he helped us pick something that was a great fit. Then, he went above and beyond by delivering the car to our home since I didn't have a car to get to the dealership! He brought all the needed paperwork and walked me through everything. I had the pleasure of working with Easten Haglund at Landmark Ford Lincoln. I scheduled an appointment to look at two cars specifically that I had found online and Easten was great about listening to what I was there for and what I was hoping to accomplish during the visit. After I test drove one of the cars, I ended up loving it, but wasn't sure it was the one I wanted. The next day, I sent Easten a message and asked if I could test drive it again. He worked around my schedule and made sure that he would be available when I came in again. He was great to work with, was really patient with me and was easy to converse with. He had a relaxed and calm demeanor which made me feel less stressed about the whole experience - because buying a car can be extremely stressful. A week later after purchasing he reached out to make sure everything was still good, asked if I had any questions and if I still loved the car which I appreciated. Everyone at Landmark Ford were great to work with and everyone made the process of purchasing the car really seamless, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car - used or new!

I made my appointment ahead of time with the Brown Team. I arrived talked to the team leader about the service, I was told what to expect and about how long it would take. My service was done in a little over an hour and I was on my way. I have had several different vehicles serviced at Landmark and delt with different teams they have all been great. I would recommend Landmark to anyone needing service done.

Purchased my 2007 Mustang this week and found out that the rear brakes and tires needed to be replaced. I was extremely happy with the response of Landmark Ford which was to repair the car at no additional cost to me. Their dedication and response was the best I have seen in today's economic conditions. I would highly recommend using Landmark Ford for service.

Purchasing a new car is like going to the dentist with other dealers....no fun.
We had a totally different take on buying our Ranger Tremor at Landmark. Jeff and David were true professionals. We walked out happy even made a few friends and ended up with a very sweet deal.
