They had the car I wanted at a reasonable price. Communication was simple and clear throughout the buying process. The staff involved were friendly and helpful; they patiently answered all our questions and helped us make sure we were getting the agreement we wanted. While I got a used car, they have many more features and services if you are looking for a Ford.

I was referred to Landmark Ford and they are great, the process was simple and quick. The sales guys, I had 2, I came in two separate days and drove 2 different SUV's. Both guys were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and let me take my time with checking each one out. No pressure at all!

I called Landmark because I have a ford explorer 2011, with 123,000 miles. I need to take a few trips before winter approximating 2,000 miles. I wanted to get a checkup as I was/am not sure if I should sell and get another vehicle. I needed an oil change and with the change came a ck of other systems. I am now confident to take the trip thanks to "your" caring.

We bought our car used (elsewhere) at 16k.. we now have 75k and have never had a single issue with it. All thanks to these guys at THIS location. We moved to Vancouver and still come here. We went to a different place just once and they wanted double the amount for the same job and they were rude but the people here are fantastic and get it done quickly. Never taken money or personal items. Always cleaner or just the same as they got it. Bring your vehicle here if you care about it.

Landmark Ford has been our dealer where we purchased our Fords and where we go for all the services, tires and fantastic relationship with the Gold Team crew. I happen to be 92 and have experienced a number of Dealers and Service Shops and none can beat Landmark.

I can t say enough about Landmark Ford's Body-Shop. They were professional and kept me updated on the progress of my mothers car throughout the whole process. They set the standard for customer service, professionalism, and quality of work especially the management team. I will definitely recommend them and return again when I need any sort of damage repaired on my families cars. I was very pleased with the customer service. One of the worst parts of a car accident is not knowing who to trust with fixing your car. Landmark Ford's Body-Shop gave us the three P s: Professionalism, Patience, and a People-First attitude. Nate and his team were just great! Thank you Nate and team at Landmark Ford Auto Body for the exceptional experience.

Very poor experience with this Ford service center...

Very poor experience with this Ford service center. My husband brought his truck in to get several things fixed. We were told one part would not come until Friday. On that Friday, there was zero communication from David with the "tan" team about whether they received the part, and how much longer they would need to hold the truck for. We called multiple times, no response or call back. We had to physically show up the next morning to get an update only to have David tell us he "forgot" to call. We paid over $1,700 for service there, and expect better professionalism and customer service. In general, it was very hard to get through on the phone, no calls back, and poor response time. After we got the truck back, his license plate was severely bent from their car wash and they didn't even put his antenna back on after taking it off. Very sloppy work.

I have been using landmark ford service for years with my 2011 F150 (purchased at another dealer). When my F150 5.0L V8 failed prematurely, I was pretty upset with Ford. I started shopping heavy duty diesel trucks from other manufactures. I was not impressed with the other trucks. So I went into landmark just as a last look at the Ford SuperDutys. I loved them so much more than the others.
I let Kari Locke know about my situation with my F150 and the failed motor. She was sympathetic for me, and was able to help me feel good about getting into a Ford SuperDuty.
I'm so glad I stuck with Ford as I am completely impressed with Fords SuperDuty trucks. Kari was extremely helpful throughout the whole process with a no pressure approach. She was able to answer all my questions about my special order truck (which I had a lot). Communication was great during the time my truck was being built and shipped. Then when the truck showed up to Landmark, she came in on her day off so I could come pick up my truck. Thanks Kari! Definitely the best car buying experience I have had.
