I have the impression that all the people who work there are very nice and helpful. The building also looks very neat, inside and out. The old and new buildings were architecturally well coordinated.
The district court building, built in classicism, is particularly interesting. Built in 1847. Very beautiful sandstone facade with a large loggia.
Disastrous organization. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Was four times for my witness money! sent back and forth between the cash register in the regional court and the local court. Ultimately, it was revealed to me that the checkout staff is now half an hour late and that a transfer can be made at most. An absolute nightmare!
Judge one offender and let the other go?
The WR writes quite correctly:
"If you follow the arguments of the court, then on the one hand there were no appointments for the act and yet both defendants should have driven to the scene of the crime together. Ioannis P. would have been standing around in front of the house for no reason Knock the grandmother out unconscious and then beat his grandfather and strangle him, only to tighten the noose around the neck of the still living grandmother for several minutes later: Do you really trust a grandson who appears self-confident and at the same time insecure in court to perform such a brutal act? In court, Benjamin S. would have to have asked his unsuspecting business partner, who was waiting outside the door, to help him move his grandfather's corpse. And then he just lends a hand? "
Unbelievable how long the Springmann trial will drag on. You have the perpetrators so finally send them in!
If you go to the legal department and ask for help, you have to be laughed at.
Be prepared, they are sitting on the longer lever.
Just a word to describe this place: unfair. And that is still mild. Thanks for nothing.
Partly unmotivated judges who make erroneous judgments to easily complete legal proceedings.
