Very nice facility and many nice people ... very family friendly

It is a place that should appeal to families with children. There is a lot of attractions for both adults and children. The center is located in a picturesque place. Here there is a lake with beaches, slides, beautiful areas for walks. Internet can and is not ideal , but who would think about it coming here to relax. My opinion is about the period of the week I spent there but I must admit that I recommend this resort to anyone who wants to relax and play.

Find it very logical that this accommodation has been taken over by Landal. It is very small and substandard. The swimming paradise is very small compared to the Center Parcs locations. And the Bistro, how awful. Of course they do not have to come back from returning people, so quality is very low. Unfortunately.

We went swimming one day. Very nice swimming pool, not very big but well-arranged. Especially with small children fun!

Park is fun for families with children. The cottages have been renovated and have therefore been refurbished. Meet the current time again.
Furthermore, everything can be found centrally in the pleasant plaza.

Family buffet restaurant: Varied food, reasonably good quality for a buffet. Starters not so many choices, mainly salad that you can put together yourself. For main courses also a baking tray where meat is baked for you. Price is on the high side, but that includes non-alcoholic drinks.

It is great to do something every day and many squirrels. There are also 4 peacocks and oaths

Super nice park, very very friendly staff, we had a children's cottage and were right opposite the playground ideal.

It is a wonderful free park. Where you really have the idea of being away from everything

Nice pool, not seen the rest of the park.
1 large pool with occasional waves, max 1.95 meters deep. Toddlers' pool 20cm deep, another pool of 1.35m deep with access to the outdoor pool. Then 2 hot tubs and 3 slides and a wild water course outside

Very nice park with many events for children and adults. Cottages nice but a bit corny. Furthermore friendly staff. Recommended for everyone.

Nice and groomed park, good service and everything you may have. Does not yield a centerparcs. Only sorry for the outdated bungalows but with CP you sometimes have that too.

Celebrate a wonderful holiday. Now with beautiful autumn colors. Houses have been refurbished. Swimming pool has also been refurbished. Was already a pool, children especially love the whitewater course.
Lots to do at the park. Especially in the holidays.
Bowling alleys are somewhat outdated. But can still be bowled well.

Unfortunately we got the wrong house. We neatly went back to the reception. This lady was not friendly at all, and she kicked us off because we had a hema offer. Upon arrival at the cottage everything is very dirty and broken. The cupboards almost fall out of each other and the table also shakes.

Well maintained park. Houses are dated, but everything you need is there. Subtropical swimming pool remains fun but the whitewater course is certainly not wild. The staff is friendly.

Nice location for (grand) parents with (grand) children for a nice weekend for swimming, drinking, drinking and walking.

It is a nice park, there is a lot to do and the beds are wonderful.

Each year top, but unfortunately the beds above each other can not stand now. The buffet now costs 30 p.p., Divino in Hapert is cheaper and really quite luxurious. Furthermore, a top park, the pool remains nice. Not really needed on vacation, but wifi is fast (50mbps)

Nice bath. During the day, dtuk. A bit more fun for the older children in the evening.

We were in Landal Park Het Vennenbos from June 19th to June 22nd, 2019.
The rooms are really nice, but an incident in the swimming pool led me to give this rating with only one star!
There were 4 of us swimming on Thursday and Saturday!
On Thursday we were about 3 1/2 hours in the swimming pool and on the slides, so it was completely okay for the staff that our 5 year old son with seahorses can use the slides!
On Saturday we were told to take him off the slides, because according to the staff, the seahorse is not enough to use the slides accompanied by adults, it would only be allowed with swimming aids!
But that children run up the slides, parents swim through the slides with their babies with swim rings and other smaller children use the slides seems to be perfectly fine!
Because of this arbitrariness, I feel compelled to give this review!
Either the staff was so inattentive on Thursday (they talked and laughed a lot on their radios) that they probably wouldn t even have seen a drowning child or the staff on Saturday was overly attentive!
It should also be noted that on Thursday the bathroom was only 1/4 as full as on Saturday!
So take care of your children so that they can get out of the bathroom with children!

We had another wonderful holiday at Landal. A super nice pool where we had a great time. The children also thought the indoor playground was great. Also nice that we had bought squirrel food and that actually squirrels came to our house to eat it. Only the maze in the park was stupid. For the rest we did not use the activities outside because the weather was not nice.

In the middle of the vacation. Park was full, but due to the many activities you notice nothing or not much. Restaurants are okay. Service is good and the cottages have had an update. Was needed too.

Plaza is super, very cozy and good service. The bungalows look a little old on the outside but on the inside there is nothing to be seen. They are somewhat small but very cozy.

The service at the park is great! Even now with the corona measures everything is super arranged. The only thing we are not so happy about is how clean the house was. We really wondered if cleaning had been done at all!

It is okay but also keeps it up because of the pig farmers in the area you always have smoke all over the park. Unfortunately, this air is also present in the pool. The houses are also not super clean and waste is on the side of the road.

Is not only negative it is a beautiful green park with many activities and the house on the water.

Park is a car but a pity that many cars remain after the changeover days, which could be a bit higher

Beautiful park of the former Center Parks chain, we had a beautifully renovated house with kitchen with induction and beautiful bathroom, neat bedrooms with good beds, beautiful area for walking and cycling, you can get routes at the reception, you can also find a rent bikes, there are also restaurants, bowling, tennis and countless other activities

Very child-friendly park. There is a lot of variety for children of all ages. 4 stars.

The tropical swimming paradise is great with many different pools and slides. 5 Stars

Depending on which apartment you catch, you can hear the street noise of the motorway in some rooms at night. 2 stars

The facility would not receive a star for cleanliness.

Nevertheless, if you deal with the negative points, you can relax very well in the park and switch off from everyday life.

Kei nice swimming pool. The children walked from one bath to the other all the time.

Relax in a bungalow, beautiful surroundings, plenty to do.

Park seems to be in need of renewal / maintenance.
Houses and placa are ok, but the walking routes etc.
The ponds are not clean for example.
Otherwise 5 stars.

Been here for 13 years and still counting. It's nice to see that theyre building new houses to be more future proof. Great swimming pool. Do bring your own toaster and coffee machine, usually these are not clean and full of bread and coffee residue.

We had a great time during the long weekend ... There is one but .... The park is great, all looks well cared for. The bungalows / houses all look neat too ....
For a stay at this Landal park you still pay a considerable amount, which is a big downer, is that you have to pay extra for all activities for children. In addition, the prices for drinks are also a bit on the high side. All in all, you should know well in advance that you are bringing a well-filled wallet. Especially if you go there with 8 children. Nice park, but the preference is still for an All-In park, for example Eurostrand Leiwen (D). Landal is perhaps a little too "expensive" for a family with more than 2 children.

Very poor contact with these guys. Due to the closure of the park due to the well-known virus, there is no contact with them! In total 3 hours on hold during multiple contact moments. What a disappointment. We only want to use the option to rebook as offered by landal. But no contact, ridiculous !!!

Beautiful house, everything on it and there;) quiet area.

The holiday home is in a perfect location in a park near a children's farm / animal meadow.

House far too old and in need of a major total renovation. Had several leaks, many kitchen utensils are incomplete.

Swimming pool too busy. (Especially when large groups of people come to swim outside the park)

You as a holidaymaker cannot swim responsibly with your children. While you pay a lot of money for a week of Vennebos with subtropical swimming pool!

We always go to this park during Rebirth festival. Houses are fine but I can get outside lighting so that you can light a bbq in the evening. Furthermore, nice center with good food and a nice swimming pool

Nicely refurbished bungelows! There is a lot to do or buy at the park to have a carefree holiday! Had a great holiday together with my 2.5 year old son.

Have been there for the fourth time, with children recommended

Come here every year with great pleasure! The new management has given the park's appearance a big boost.

However, you notice that there are many things to save. This both outside and during the high season. Thinking of staff, quality of food and drinks, opening hours and entertainment. I sincerely hope that management will also see this and still take a step back. I understand that a profit has to be made, but it is currently at the expense of especially the plaza. (the best part of the park)

However, it is one of the most beautiful Landal parks in the Netherlands! Really recommended for a lovely while away.

Nice park with nice activities, nice swimming pool for all ages. Speelbos also great for the kids.

Park beautifully situated in nature. With wind from the south you can hear the traffic of the A67 well.

Houses are old, small and shabby ... Come to landal parks more often, but this one cannot be repeated if they renew the houses.

Great park lots of nature and a beautiful house, we enjoyed it, highly recommended for everyone who wants to experience everything, also a lot to do for the children, we will definitely go back to the Vennenbos in Hapert.

Nice to be out for a few days in the woods. It only becomes more and more alike, and a little distinction would make the choices a little more fun.

Beautifully laid out park. Houses look a bit dated from the outside.

Great park. Little choice in restaurants after 7 pm unfortunately. There was an Italian restaurant, but it was finally closed when we arrived. Pity. It was still in our brochure. Furthermore, nicely dressed, house very nice and clean and plenty of activities for children. Restaurant De Brasserie is a must. Immediately a tip for them: put more vegetarian dishes on the menu. The children's farm is super fun and there is thought about a tap so you can wash your hands.

Nice park for families. Thanks for the fact that the park is car-free and that children can draw up their plans. Park is not very big and everything can be done on foot. Swimming pool is nice just a lot smaller than for example Center Parcs. We were there in the 2nd week of the Easter holidays and it was pretty busy, in the whitewater course you literally fell over people.

We had a really enjoyable time at Landal Het Vennenbos. The cottages are a little outdated and cleaning could be much better (forgotten corners and under sofas was a lot of dust), but the hospitality of the staff makes up for that. The plaza is nice and has a lot to offer in shopping and dining. The swimming pool is great for children and adults and you could spend all day in it. Definitely on my list to be visited again in the near future!
