So I m only in orientation but so far my experience has been pleasant things move quickly and smoothly. The Orientation instructor Kevin knows his stiff and appears to about what he s doing. Like it s more than just a pay check. Haley has been getting us all together and ready to Graduate out efficiently. I m looking forward to what comes next. I m on a local account so prayerfully things will be good with this company.

The staff is extremely helpful, caring and professional! As a driver I have never been a part of a company that truly cares about their drivers and employees and you can feel it! Everyone is happy to be working for landair and I feel extremely privileged to now work for them. Can t say enough. Thank you April and Haley! My angels!

The orientation trainer Scott was great and he kept things very entertaining. The staff at Greenville, TN was very professional and extremely helpful. My one knock is my recruiter sent me one number on my offer letter but I seen a entirely smaller dollar amount during orientation.

Ive worked for several companies
Landair has been the best home time as advertised Time off request has never been an issue when u ask in advance .Sometimes drivers blame the company for what the Shipper and Receivers put us through when we are on the road
Landair is just different .

I just want to first thank Katrisha Wood for Being the Sweetheart she was during this whole process. I would NOT Recommend Working Here For the Simple Fact that these People (Management) Don't Care If their Website Is up to date or they just don't care if everyone is on the same page with Recruiters or Not just as long as their telling lies to Recruit People that's it. This past Friday I was Issued a Rental Car In which it was not on a Full Tank when I picked it up, I put $20 in the tank I've sent emails no one has reached back out to me yet. They take your keys on the first day of Orientation and If you find out you can't take the Initial Position that was discussed with your recruiter you do not get to take the rental back, They try to put you on a BUS Which Is totally Unacceptable Because I could have driven my own Car. 4hr 12min DRIVE Turned Into A Nightmare I wasn't taking A BUS Back to ATLANTA. So they put me on the Plane which turned Into A 2hr Delay. So If ANYONE Wants to Come Work For Them, Make Sure They Put It In WRITING . Even If It's A CERTIFIED COPY WITH A NOTARY OF THE JOB OFFER...IF THEY CAN'T DO THAT THEN YOU TELL THEM NO, THEY WILL TRICK YOU TO ORIENTATION AND THEN LIE.

It was a good experience to have, lengthy process, but well worth it. Special shout out for April Stanley, hailey brown and Scott witmoore. ( orientation committee) . For the hospitality and the answer to most questions you would ask.. I would recommend any driver to apply..
