I recently moved to texas, and I brought my range rover to have it serviced. I was approached with fast and prompt service. I told the technician named Darrick Phillips that I would be waiting, but he stated that it would be about 3 hrs. So Darrick arranged for me to have a private car company take me home and to pick me up when my car was ready. EXCELLENT
I had my Discovery serviced. Being a new Land Rover owner I wasn t sure what to expect. My service specialist was Katelyn she is very knowledgeable she walked me through the process and answered my questions. She offer me transportation if I need to leave for anything. It was a different experience for me. Thanks Katelyn and the service team for an exceptional job and helping to keep my Discovery running like it should.

I leased a Range Rover Sport from Land Rover Dallas several years ago. I loved the car so much that I bought it last week after the lease expired. Tommy was a tremendous help in that process including when I had to return to the dealership for paperwork, inspection, etc. He went above and beyond the call of duty for a transaction that had nothing to do with the sale of a car. I appreciated Tommy's attention to detail and superior customer service. He even fixed my stereo sound to optimize it while coordinating with the service department on the inspection. This was my first visit to this location. I took my vehicle in for a recall inspection. Everyone was awesome from the service attendant to the cashier. I wasn't fed any lies about unnecessary work needed. They did recommend some services soon, but pretty much the basic. Also they finished my vehicle in exactly the amount of time they estimated. This was a much better experience than I had in Frisco.
When you get here, make sure you ask for Tommy. Seriously, make sure you do! Tommy knew what I wanted and got me an amazing deal on the Range Rover Evoque 2020. The customer service is unbeatable and he is always quick to respond back when I have questions! I am super excited and glad I made the right choice with this dealership. You cant ever go wrong with amazing customer service like this.
