Went looking at a cheap used car for work.
High pressure sales techniques and they chaperone you on a test drive. I've test driven cars worth six times as much at other places and they were much easier going.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service we received from this car dealership travelled from the central coast to view 3 different cars after calling 4 days ahead to explain we were making the trip up to view these cars. We were shown three extremely dirty cars that still had parking tickets sitting in it from hotels it had visited. We couldn t leave fast enough.

extremely helpful staff especially the service department ..... i was let down by another hyundai dealership and lancasters went the extra mile for me and fixed my car under warranty i would recommend to anyone

Customer service is highlighted by the pretty Irish girl at the counter. The men, not so captivating.

My husband and I just bought our 3rd car through Allan Humble at Lancaster Motor Group. Wouldn t deal with anyone else. Friendly, helpful service and hassle free process!

Typical car dealer. Unless you're begging to buy a car, no one wants to talk to you. And the up-selling of garbage at service time was almost my ticket to never come back. But it is nice and new with a few brands in the one place.

Edit: Updated review due to dealer lieing and trying to collect money from my wife. Has the front suspension out of our car for a recall and on return to pick up the car, told that on a car with 20,000km that it needed all the front suspension replaced. Shocks, bushes, etc. All this was removed at the time and didn't want to save me the labor costs, so said I had to re-book it and pay for the whole front end to be disassembled at fitted with new parts.

Took the car to a local mechanic and got the car up on a hoist to have a look at the "oil leaks" and "cracked bushes" in the front of the car, and found that there was nothing. No oil leaks from shocks and all bushes were perfect condition, as you would expect from a car with such low KM.

Upon speaking to one of the service managers, they said that unless I had the work done, the car would be marked as unsafe and not welcomed back until I had the work completed through them. I told them that I had it inspected at a suspension specialist and they concluded that there was nothing wrong with any of the front suspension. They then went on some diatribe about being the "real" experts on this vehicle and not some "random guy".

Get your warranty work done here and the minimum servicing requirements done. Any other work they say needs to be done, take it elsewhere for a second opinion.

Avoid this "stealership"

Love this place. I find Carly in the Service Department to be extremely professional, efficient and helpful and always goes about her work in a friendly manner

Thanks to Charmin-he is a charming salesman,good mannered and not pushy.However did convince me to buy a new car rather than second hand!Smooth,robust process.
Had first service service and had courtesy bus available,coffee/tea lounge comfortable with TV available.
All staff excellent,efficient and friendly.
Highly recommend.

Went there to have a look at a car we where interested in sales person dint had proper car knowledge.

I was looked after by Chaman, during my search for a car. I instantly felt comfortable when arriving at Lancaster being greeted by a smiling face, I appreciated the staff staying back past closing hours to talk finance and give me the reassurance needed to go ahead with my purchase. Bought my pre-owned Hilux here, good service and happy with the vehicle.

Rip off con artists in this dealer's service department. Just under 1k of parts and repairs and still doing the exact same thing. Incompetent morons and the service staff seem to have the collective intelligence of a peanut M&M. Service More

I purchased my new car from Lancaster a year ago. The whole experience was very friendly & nothing was to much bother. I was introduced to Carly in the service department when I picked my car up & she has looked after me ever since. Nothing is to much trouble for her, she replies to emails in a promt manner & is always very approachable re any query.
I live 2 & 1/2 hrs from the dealership but choose to take my car here for routine servicing as I find the professionalism of the service department & namely Carly to be second to none...

Had my car serviced, helpful staff, nice waiting area with coffee machine and TV going to keep you amused while waiting for completion of service.

We were well received.
They listened to our terms and concerns.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
They dealt with any concerns promptly and positively.

After seeing a vehicle on internet..rang and after a while put a deposit down...they were great until they got your money.
Only had to repair or fit 2 items...one remove paint spots on interior... wasn't removed only smeared 2 fit 1mudflap.
Held the vehicle for a few weeks while finance was approved
Cost $350 dollars to drive vehicle to Heathcote.paint and mudflap not done.
I could go on for a long time... So it took nearly 6 weeks to organise a mudflap through a local dealer .Afer sending the mudflap to the wrong address.
Be aware when buying over the internet.
As was 6hours away I really had to choice.
Worst service we have had in 35years buying vehicles.

Do not buy a car off these people unless you like constantly paying for repairs. They charge a huge amount for parts and man hours.

Always the best deals. I've bought many cars from this dealer and saved thousands over the years. Great family run business where they are involved at every level. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely appalling service. I would urge anyone else to go elsewhere. My partner and I walked in there willing to do a trade in and cop a rather large debt for a new car. We were assured it would be all smooth sailing, but unfortunately this wasn't the case. We were informed that we would be contacted on the processes of everything, we gave it a few days still no word so we made a call, we didn t see this as much of a big deal but our problems worsened. The staff were terrible at getting back to us and required more information but it was us that did all the chasing, not once did we receive a phone call informing us about our situation. We understood that it can be a lengthy process with financial companies however we had to make all the contact and when deadlines were in place this didn't seem to faze them. My favourite part was when one service advisor lied to me and said she had spoken to my partner half and hour beforehand (I had to ring again because they had not rung back before work had finished. I had actually been working with my partner for the last two hours and she was quick to get off the phone when I informed her of that. When things didn't work out we were more than happy, then came the problem with the refund- two weeks waiting for it and I had to call twice to sort it out. Talking to a new person every time, there seemed to be a constant lack of a paper trail and no consistency amongst the team that worked there. As my partner has worked for years in the car industry it was beyond a joke. I will never recommend this place to anyone. If I could give this place a big fat zero (or no star) I would...

An absolute pleasure to do business with! We spotted a great deal on-line and travelled up from Sydney to inspect. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Meg assisted us with our sale and, when it transpired that the car would not be ready to take that day, she offered to drive it down to Sydney during the week on her day off!! You can't ask for better service than that!

My Mother was in the Market for a small SUV. Charmin was able to make a great deal on a ASX and had all the information available we were asking for. Very pleasant car sale.

I went to get prices on cars but no one bothered to come near me so I left.Guess I will be going else where and so much for spending locally.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a new Ute with the help from Chaman. Straight to the point, no mucking around and didn't force me into anything. It was a good and pleasurable experience.

Chaman was great to deal with first time ive meet a car saleman that listened and found what i wanted and Alfie helped seal the deal on a HSV with his knowledge. Would definitely recommend seeing these two.
