Absolutely awful. They are expensive, not sure what they do for their money but it s not representing their clients best interests. They just roll over and get shafted by anyone with a law degree.
Unable to get any answers through any channel from them, seems like they have just decided they don't want to talk. NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM A MODERN SOLICITOR, frustrated and needlessly annoyed. Communication certainly isn't key...
