If you won't to do a repeat prescription don't use this chemist . Every time they messed it up . Sorry we re order be ready in 2 days times then when time up call them again and still not done prescription properly again. And have to go to doctors . Will be look at useing new pharmacy.

Couldn't get my son with Tonsillitis in to see a doctor at our own somerstown practice for 2 days so the doctor at London road Lalys Pharmacy fit us in and checked over my son and gave what medicine he needed such great service I'm very appreciative thank you Lalys you always help when we need it. 10/10 service.

Staff is rude. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I rather walk 20 minutes more to different pharmacy.

Great pharmacy! The staff will always be helpful. This is a much needed NHS service during difficult times from what I hear on the news. Well done to the owners who I believe are local.
