Relaxed performing arts center, talented actors with great singing voices, not a bad seat in the house.

Nice little theater with great visibility of the stage from the seats. We enjoyed the play and had no complaints besides the difficulty of locating a water fountain! The lobby is also very pleasant and the staff members were kind and helpful.

Very good community theater in an intimate setting ... definitely worth supporting ... Pippin was outstanding! Discount coupons in the Chinook Book and on black friday.

Just saw the world premiere of Parnassus on wheels. Magnificent

Went to a play here. Wonderful venue with good parking. Don't hesitate to make use of this venue.

I don't know much about theater but I saw a good show a friend was in. It was a nice and clean facility and the seats were very nice. They served refreshments but they only had limited supplies. I believe this place caters mostly to more senior crowd, but seemed family friendly and were ok with more casual attire. Maybe needs some updating and more inclusive of younger audiences, but I am not sure if they already don't do that as I am not familiar with their whole program.

Shows at Lakewood prove you don't have to go to New York for good theatre!

Lovely theater. Saw Dial M for Murder and thoroughly enjoyed it. The cast, including Jacob Smith, were phenomenal. Seats are a bit cramped for bigger guys like myself, but still a grand evening.

High quality of plays, both drama And musicals. Not a bad seat ia we2111111n the house. Beautiful theatre, comfortable seating that could use more leg room. Bathrooms small = long lines at intermission.

I very much enjoyed the show today. I hope to come back and see more when I'm back in town.

DISCRIMINATES against DISABLED patrons. I bought tickets for Matilda but they were UNABLE to give us access to the building. It was suggested that I, the handicapped driver, should drop myself and child off at entrance and then go park on the street or elsewhere, hmmmm, I'd love to see that magic trick! Made several calls and sent many messages through their website, but NO refund, NOT EVEN an apology, thanks for making me feel like a complete loser Lakewood!

Some of the best plays I've seen! They have concessions during intermission and lots of history to look at through their halls.

I saw their performance of Pippin. The show was very well done and the vocal quality was top of the line. The theater its self was beautiful and well cared for. The seats were comfortable and had tons of leg room. I would highly recommend this theater. Don't be turned off by the $40 ticket price.

New play Parnassus on Wheels is well done and a fun show.

Great community stage employing talented locals and Equity actors for top notch performances as well as more intimate dinner theatre in the popular Side Door Stage downstairs. Classes in acting, dance, and other arts, children's classes and activities, and juried art shows annually.

I saw Rocky Horror at Lakewood on Oct 3. The play was wonderfully hilarious and the theater is amazing! Kudos to the staff for being very worm, friendly and helpful!!!

Last night's performance of Cabaret....the lead was great. The other cast voices were weak at best. Especially the male lead.

Having a rough time in an acting class. Never know what to expect from class to class. Class is pretty large for a beginners class. Amazing how many introverts have taken an acting class.

Well done community theatre mixing acting professionals with local talent. Theatre is a great size with no bad seats and good sound projection. Prices are very fair for the quality of performances.
Lakewood also offers a wide array of classes for both young people and adults.

Old pretty building. People that work here are so awesome. Everyone is polite and helpful. Classes for adults and kids are very good. Totally worth the money.

Great community theater. The small intimate venue makes every seat a great seat. This is probably my 10th visit over the last 5 years, always top notch performances.

The Lakewood Theatre is the Gem of Lake Oswego. It is located in an old school building. It now hosts preschool, art classes (kids and adults), and a wonderful theatre company.

I am always impressed by the performances here. The quality of acting and creativity with the sets is special. They choose an interesting and diverse season, though I would like to see more cultural diversity. I would recommend Lakewood.

First class productions. Not a bad seat in the house. And very affordable. So many other community activities as well. One of the true gems in Lake Oswego.

Lakewood Theater is a gem. The acting is always good to outstanding and so is the range of offerings . I only wish we had discovered it sooner.

WOW!! I have been coming to your theatre since the 70's when you were in the old church. Have been a subscriber the last decade, which is to say I have seen a lot of your productions. 'Man of la Mancha" was the best, amazing...incredible voices, both solo and choral. Really outstanding vocals. Loved the set! For my money this is the most outstanding performance you have done. The acting was superb, and the fight scenes well choreographed....I just loved it all. Kudos to everyone in front of and behind the set. WELL DONE!!!!
