They always help me out with our cats and our dogs. And they're very reasonable on price

All of my puppies have had there shots there.. cheapest in town but I will say I took my late Sheppard up there several years ago cause I thought the way she was acting that she may have parvo.. would not even treat her even after she had all her parvo/shots with them.. treated her myself.. then here recently I went on vacation so I boarded my wimer with them and now she has a respiratory infection from the nastiness.. very disappointing

Took in dog having trouble delivering pups and vet missed that a pup was still inside. Took dog for spaying and incision ruptured the next day.

Dr. Johnson is a great vet!! I also love Mary!! I feel like they treat me n my dogs as part of their family!! I have always been able to call Dr. Johnson after hrs for any emergency also!! All her staff are great!!

The Staff at Lakeview are very nice and seem very sincere when dealing with your pets. They also are one of the least expensive vets in the Rome area.

They lied. I took my dog to them 10 minutes after he was hit by a car. He had a broken pelvis in three spots exactly. They gave him pain medication and sent me away. I asked if they were gonna do more or give him surgery. They said no the injuries weren t anything to worry about. He died a slow painful death because those bastards couldn t do their job.

Place was packed in the afternoon but the staff and vet kept the line moving efficiently. The vet was concise and gave no nonsense answers to questions. On top of that the price was better than any other place I've been in the area.

I have been to about 6 different vets looking for the right fit. Lake View is the worst one I ve been to by far. I brought my dog here for dry itchy skin. When I finally got to see the veterinarian after two hours of waiting, I listed all of my dogs symptoms, and before she even looked at him she said I don t see anything . She started checking for fleas and ignoring all of the dandruff said yeah it looks like he s just shedding a lot . First of all, hair loss was a symptom I listed, and secondly, it s the middle of winter he shouldn t be shedding so bad. He lost a pound of fur just standing in the lobby. After seeing only one flea (which probably jumped on him from the nasty lobby), she concluded that his problem was fleas. I was fuming because I take him to daycare every single day, and the daycare checks for fleas. If they have fleas they get a bath; however, they have never found any fleas of my dog. He was even on flea medicine for half of his life. Not only did this vet not listen to me, she was also very smart alek and dismissive, trying to make me feel stupid. I should have walked out the moment I came in and heard her arguing with a customer with the same smart alek tone. HOWEVER, the receptionist was very nice. She tried to conversate with everyone and gave me coupons and a free sample of flea medication the vet prescribed. I will definitely not be going back to this moldy building and I suggest that no one else does either.

Have been a few times with adopted cats and have always been pleased. Prices are good and the vets appear to be very knowledgeable. This is the only place we take out animals.

My dog has been having seizures for a couple months now the last 2 months I had to rush him to emergency center for animals due to to him having cluster seizures and I always follow up with Lakeview and they constantly just giving him more pills and higher dosages and nothing seems to work they seemed to not be concerned about my dogs health and well being it's got to be something more serious then what they are saying they don't feel the need to run test to see whats triggering them

I have always used Lakeview and just love Dr. Johnson and the staff are so friendly and the price is affordable

If the wait wasn't so long most of the time for 3-5 minutes with the vet, I would give it 5 stars. Also, the vet herself can come off somewhat abrasive but she means well and is knowledgeable. Must be because this place is in high demand!

Very reasonable pricing and don't just push for a bunch of tests to run up costs.

On Thursday 07/11/19 we carried our very sick Lab to be checked by Dr. JOHNSON. After her examination she concluded that our girl had an infected uterus. We scheduled her for surgery the following morning. All of us just didn't know how infected she was until the surgery took place. We just got to bring her home today, 07/16, after several days of very intense care from Dr. JOHNSON and her staff. I can not begin to tell you how grateful our family is for the care and concern that was given to our sweet Beulah. If you are looking for a vet I highly recommend Dr. Johnson. She is a very knowledgeable and caring Doctor and her staff is great.

I would bring my animals back here for their immunizations but for specific treatment, I definitely wouldn't. I brought my french bulldog here an hour after I rescued him from previous owners. She gave a good health report and said his behavior was normal though I knew something wasnt right about his breathing. We made the trip to Piedmont, AL to see Dr. Berry and our nightmares were confirmed. He had suffered a heat stroke with the previous owners. We underwent treatments knowing that the prognosis was not good. He succumbed to his stroke, 2 weeks after we adopted him. Because the signs were not stronger for this vet to recognize and it took a second trip to another vet to find a diagnosis, I wouldn't trust a deeper and more in depth treatment from them again. But I would come here for immunizations and really like the staff here. Just upset with the last experience we had which was back in July/August of 2019.

Best animal clinic ever.. Saved my fur babys life. I highly refer this wonderful clinic to anyone.

Had my 2 year old terrier spayed here nov. 2015, they did a great job and she healed very fast. Prices are great.

Very reasonable and Dr Jennings is very good with all cats and dogs.

Have took my animals here for over 20 yrs. Very affordable and friendly staff. They treat us like family here and welcome any new family pets every time.

Professional, courteous, and Caring. I take all of my fur babies here. This particular visit (February 1, 2019) was a heartbreaking one. I had a very sick Siamese Tom cat, and after weighing out all of our treatment options , sadly, we had to make a very difficult decision . Dr. Johnson was as caring and gentle as humanly possible, and reassured me that I made the most loving and humane decision. Rest in sweet Heavenly Peace, Sweet kitty "Sky" forever loved and missed.

We have been taking our pets there for years and like the way the vet takes care of them. We leave them there when we go on vacation. We like to be notified when their annuals are due.

I carried my Male cat to have neutered on 9 06 2019 when we picked him up he could not wake up I thought he was going to die I had to take him to the after hour vet which I ended up paying double the cost and the next day I called lakeview and the vet was rude and had not heart for my pet I would never recommend them for any service

I have used Lakeview for many years. They helped me get my other Chihuahua through rat poison. He lived. This is my fur baby now. He loves everyone not a mean bone in his body.

Coronavirus makes things difficult for the world as far as how we operate, I feel like Lakeview handles it well with such a high demand I had a wait time but they were prompt and got me in a out quickly.

These people are the kindest most compassionate Angels on earth!
Dr. Johnson will tell you like it is.

The people are very good and everybody is is so nice

Reasonably priced and the wait isn t long, however, the veterinarian guesses what s wrong with your pet and prescribes medication without doing any lab work or anything like that. If that doesn t work, you have to come back a second time and pay for an additional visit as well as medication and any tests that need to be done.

My dog was losing her eyesight and the vet did nothing other than look into her eyes and tell me she didn't know what to do.

I appreciate all the help thy gave me with my pet. But some things I dont agree on. But I would recommend them.

This is the ONLY place I take my pups to when I m in OR OUT of town!

Great service and way better care than the bozos at the dog gym.

Last time I took my big boy pity to the other place for boarding he came back chewed up because they didn t even Separate the animals after being instructed to do so... left him with a lifetime scar on his face.

My experience here was awful The vet she constantly made fun of our dog and did not do anything to her at all did not check for worms did not make sure she was healthy didn t check her temperature she did not do nothing she only tried to make it sound like we was dumb the whole time we was in there I am highly disappointed I would never recommend this vet ever in my life this vet is not even worth star

My cat went missing on June 1 from this vet . Her crate came apart when one of the workers was carrying her to my car which was not her fault. I caught the cat and then all of them came out one with a butterfly net they scared her she jumped out of my arms and took off. I was allowed back in the building to pay but not given the paperwork when I asked for it I had to wait outside for 30 minutes before I ever received it. Not once did the vet ever say anything to me. I spent 19 days searching for her before I finally found her. I had not looked at the paperwork until today I found out my 2 year old female cat is a 13 year old male. Pathetic service. Do you even care about the animals you are treating I think not. Sad

No appointments, just drop in and wait. Prices are great and Vet is good. My family has been using this office since 1981!
