Lakelands Golf and Country Club Review

Enjoyed the Arc/Big Brothers ~Big Sisters golf outing...... awesome staff and the course was in great condition

Warm and friendly service, the food was fantastic, we had a wonderful Mediterranean salad followed by chicken, a kabob, and a spinach pie - the best I have ever eaten.

Every experience here is A+, whether it be a golf outing, wedding, or casual Sunday brunch. Joanne is committed to making your time at Lakelands wonderful. She treats you with genuine kindness and seems to treat her staff just the same. Love this club!

Lakeland's is an almost 100 year old golf club that is a hidden gem. The course is a shortish, easily walk-able track with hole designs that are a good test of your game. The staff is friendly, competent and dedicated to making your experience memorable. A new chef was hired a few years ago and he is a creative and innovative member of the team producing dishes that keep the dining environment fresh. Last, the members are terrific - both welcoming and proud of their Club. if you want a club in the area or a venue for a special event give it a look.

We had our baby shower here. the staff was great and very accommodating to all of our needs

Lakelands did a beautiful job last night in helping VINA Community Dental host our Spring Gala and Fundraiser. The staff were top notch and went out of their way to make our event a success. Thank you !

Nice layout. Not overly long nor overly tight. The staff was more than friendly. Food and beverages are rather high but the food quality was great. If you get an opportunity to play here, don't pass it up.

This is one of the best golf clubs out there. The staff is absolutely fantastic, the food is great, the course is always in great shape, and all the members are the friendliest people you'd ever meet.

Great people, excellent cuisine, fun group, lot's of activities, and very classy. Would recommend Lakeland's Golf and Country Club to anyone, and I do.

The company I work for hosted a golf outing and spring gala here, and I was very happy with how both turned out. The staff is very helpful and fun. They answered any questions myself or other guests had. The facilities were all clean and organized, the food and drinks were delicious, and the course was beautiful. I can't wait to go back for a game.

I went to a funeral luncheon so obviously there was short notice and they accommodated about 160 people b buffet style. The food was fabulous. The setting was very pretty. Joanne the general manager was working side be side with her staff. The service was great

I can t attest to the golfing side of things, but I went with Lakeland for my wedding reception and it was perfect. The food was amazing (better than their lunch menu), the hall looked phenomenal, everything went smoothly (no, really), the staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend them for any event.

Never golfed here but I have attended events and eaten here. The landscaping is very attractive especially this time of year. The food was decent, I had meatloaf this last time. The actual amount of meat in it was very small, it mostly consisted of huge chunks of broccoli.

Todd's Services recently hosted a 3 day seminar at Lakeland's Country Club. We were already familiar with the club and the excellent service they provide. As in the past, they did a superb job. They are so easy to work with and very professional. Nothing seemed to be a problem or too much to ask for. One day the weather was unseasonably cold and rainy. At the last minute, we asked if it would be possible to add some hot soup to the lunch menu. As always, the response was "Sure, no problem!" The club was beautiful and very inviting. The views of the golf course were a perfect back drop for all to look at. I would highly recommend Lakeland's for any of your hosting needs, meetings, wedding receptions, showers, etc. No doubt they will do a great job making your event just perfect.

The staff makes the place. Wonderful people who solve problems. The food is good, the drinks are stiff and the course is maintained extremely well. An excellent place!!!

Play there once a year for a charity golf outing and what a great track! If I lived in the Brighton area I certainly would be a member!

good course. makes you buy a collared shirt if you don't have one. a bit old school. Tiger doesn't even wear a collar!
